Վերջին շրջանում տարբեր մակարդակներում բուռն քննարկվեցին տնտեսական մի շարք կարևոր բարեփոխումներ, եղան հայտարարություններ, օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններ, կարծիքներ ու տեսակետներ, սակայն այդ հարցերի շուրջ հստակ և վերջնական հայտարարություն այդպես էլ չեղավ: Չնշվեցին նաև կոնկրետ թվեր և ժամանակացույց: Սա պայմանավորված էր մի շարք հանգամանքներով, որոնց հիմքում նախ և առաջ քաղաքական ենթահարցերն են:

Մեր երկրում արդեն բոլորի համար էլ պարզ է, որ շուտով գազի գինը էժանանանալու է, որ ՌԴ-ից ներմուծվող մեքենաների համար սահմանված ԱԱՀ-ն շուտով էլ չի գանձվելու, պարզեցվելու է ապրանքների արտահանման կարգը և այլ մի շարք հարցեր, որոնց մասին բարձրաձայն ոչ ոք չի խոսում: Ինչո՞վ է դա պայմանավորված, ինչի՞ են սպասում մեր պաշտոնյաները, պարզ չէ, սակայն առաջիկայում նախատեսված ծրագրերի օրացույցին նայելով դժվար չէ գուշակել: Ապրիլի 7-8-ը Հայաստանում կկայանա Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի հերթական նիստ, որին մասնակցելու համար Երևան կժամանի Ռուսաստանի վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը: Այցի հետ կապված ՌԴ կառավարության պաշտոնական կայքը հայտարարություն է հրապաակել, ըստ որի, նախատեսված են հանդիպումներ և բանակցություններ, որի ընթացքում ծրագրվում է դիտարկել առևտրատնտեսական, ներդրումային, էներգետիկ, արդյունաբերության, մշակութային, հումանիտար և այլ ոլորտներում երկկողմ համագործակցությունն ու հեռանկարները: Նախատեսվում է մի շարք միջկառավարական և միջգերատեսչական փաստաթղթերի ստորագրում։

Նախատեսվող այցը և ՌԴ կառավարության կայքի նման հայտարարությունը հնարավորություն է տալիս եզրակացնել, որ վերոնշյալ հարցերի վերջնական հրապարակումը կկայանա հենց Մեդվեդևի այցի շրջանակներում՝ այդպիսով էլ ավելի բարձրացնելով հարցի քաղաքական ասպեկտը: Նման հարցերի այդօրինակ ներկայացումը հնարավորություն կտա ներկայացնել, որ տնտեսական այս փոփոխությունները ոչ թե ստեղծված տնտեսական իրավիճակի հետևանքներն են, այլ լոկ քաղաքական որոշում, ռուսական կողմն էլ իր հերթին դա կներկայացնի որպես «նվեր» եղբայրական ժողովրդին՝ այդկերպ փորձելով բարձրացնել իր հեղինակությունը: Այս դիրքորոշումը ձեռնտու է նաև հայկական կողմին՝ պայմանավորված ռազմավարական դաշնակցի հետ ունեցած բազմակողմ կապերով: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ պետք է նշենք նաև, որ սա, ըստ էության, ԵՏՄ-ին անդամակցությունից հետո առաջին դրական տեղաշարժն է Հայաստանի համար, ուստի բարեփոխման պատշաճ մակարդակով հայտարարումն ու լուսաբանումն անհրաժեշտ է նաև ԵՏՄ հեղինակությունը բարձրացնելու համար: Հենց այս հանգամանքներով է պայմանավորված տնտեսական այս բարեփոխումների ժողովրդական լեզվով ասած «թանկացնելը» և բոլոր հայտարարությունները Մեդևդևի այցելության օրվան թողնելը: Սակայն եթե այս ամբողջությունից հանենք քաղաքական տարրերը, ակնհայտ կդառնա, որ իսկապես մեր երկրի բնակչությունը վերջապես կզգա ԵՏՄ անդամակցության դրական կողմերը, ինչը բավական լուրջ դրական տեղաշարժ է:
