Երբ ատամնացավը բռնում է, այլեւս ոչ մի բանի մասին մտածել չի լինում։ Միանգամից ուզում ես վազել ատամնաբույժի մոտ։ Իսկ ինչ անել, եթե ատմնացավը երեկոյան կամ գիշերն է սկսվել, այդ ժամին ատամնաբույժի մոտ գնալն անհնար է։
Ահա մի քանի տարբերակներ, որոնք կանցկացնեն ատամի ցավը, մինչեւ որ գնաք ատամնաբույժի մոտ։

Հավասար քանակությմաբ խառնեք երկու բաղադրիչները, մի քանի կաթիլ ջուր լցրեք, խյուսը քսեք ցավացող ատամին, թողեք մի քանի րոպե, ապա ողողեք բերանը։ 2 ժամ ատամի ցավը կթողնի, 2 ժամից կարող եք կրկնել։
Սխտոր
Կտրտեք մի կտոր սխտորը, դրեք ատամին, թողեք 5-10 րոպե, ապա գոլ ջրով ողողեք։ Օրվա ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ կրկնեք դա։

Սառցե պարկը դրեք այտին, պահեք, դա նույնպես թեթեւացնում է ատամի ցավը։ Աղ Սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի ջրի մեջ ½ թեյի գդալ աղ լցրեք եւ մի քանի րոպե ողողում արեք աղաջրով։

Մի կտոր սոխ դրեք ցավացող ատամին, մի քիչ թողեք, ապա փորձեք այդ ատամով ծամել սոխը։
