Կարագ՝ 100 գրամ
Շաքարավազ՝ 2 բաժակ
Օսլա (նախընտրելի է տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված)՝ 1 թեյի գդալ
Ձվի դեղնուց՝ 5 հատ
Պատրաստման եղանակը.
Կաթը լցնում եք թավայի մեջ, դնում գազօջախին և անմիջապես ավելացնում կարագը: Թողնում եք, որ կաթը եռա, իսկ այդ ընթացքում մեկ ուրիշ տարայի մեջ հարում եք շաքարավազը, օսլան և ձվի դեղնուցներն այնքան, մինչև ստացվի համասեռ զանգված: Ստացված խառնուրդին աստիճանաբար ավելացնում եք կաթ այնքան, մինչև ստացվի թթվասերի խտությամբ զանգված: Ստացված զանգվածն աստիճանաբար ավելացնում եք եռացող կաթին և սպասում մինչև նորից եռա: Գազօջախի վրայից վերցնելուց հետո տարան տեղադրում եք սառը ջրով լի թասի մեջ և խառնում այնքան, մինչև սառչի: Գրեթե պատրաստի պաղպաղակը տեղադրում եք սառնարանի մեջ (ցանկության դեպքում կարող եք նաև ձևավոր տարայով տեղադրել) և սպասում այնքան մինչև պնդանա ու սառչի:
