Այսօրվա գերխնդիրներից մեկը երիտասարդներին Հայաստանում պահելն է: Որ չարտագաղթեն, նաև հնարավորություն ունենան ընտանիք կազմել, երեխաներ ունենալ: Իսկ դրա համար նրանց պետք է օգնենք աշխատանքի տեղավորվել: Անբարեխիղճ գործատուների մասին բազմիցս խոսել եմ: Այսօր մեկ այլ խնդրի մասին եմ ուզում բարձրաձայնել` որոշակի քայլեր առաջարկելով: Խնդիրը "ԱՆԳԼԵՐԵՆԻ ԳԵՐԱԶԱՆՑ ԻՄԱՑՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ ՊԱՐՏԱԴԻՐ Է" պահանջի մասին է, որը նշում են գրեթե բոլոր գործատուները:
Արդյոք մեր կրթական համակարգը ապահովում է ՄԱՍՆԱԳԻՏԱԿԱՆ անգլերենի իմացության մակարդակը: Միանշանակ ՈՉ! Բացառությամբ Ամերիկյան համալսարանի շրջանավարտների և արտասահմանում ուսում ստացած երիտասարդների, մյուսների համար այս կետը լուրջ խոչընդոտ է թափուր աշխատատեղի համար դիմելու:
Եթե մի կողմ դնենք, որ իրականում այդ աշխատատեղի համար անգլերենի իմացությունը ընդհանրապես պարտադիր չէ և ընդամենը գործատուի` մոդային հետևելու արդյունք է, ապա կստանանք հետևյալ պատկերը. մեր բուհերը, փաստորեն, չեն ապահովում ամենապահանջված կետը:
Մեր մեջ ասած, չեն էլ կարող ապահովել: Օտար լեզու դասավանդողների զգալի մասը պատշաճ մակարդակով չի տիրապետում մասնագիտական լեզուներին: Օտար լեզվի ոչ միայն դասավանդման մեթոդիկան, դասագրքերը պիտանի չեն մասնագիտական լեզու սովորեցնելու համար, այլ նաև առարկային տրամադրվող ժամերը կատաստրոֆիկ քիչ են:
Մնում է կրկնուսույց վարձելը, կամ էլ հատուկ` ՎՃԱՐՈՎԻ դասընթացների հաճախելը, որի համար լուրջ գումար է անհրաժեշտ:
Դե եկեք փակենք օտար լեզվի ամբիոնները, եթե ուսանողին դրանք չեն տալիս լեզվի պատշաճ մակարդակ: Չեք ուզում? Հատուկ դասավանդման ծրագրեր, դասագրքեր, մասնագիտական լեզվի այլ գրականություն ստեղծել էլ չեք ուզում? Դա անազնիվ է և ժամավաճառության է նման!
Այս պահին տեսնում եմ հետևյալ լուծումը, որը ֆինանսավորում է պահանջում, բայց այն լիովին արդարացված է: ԲԱՑԵԼ ՄԱՍՆԱԳԻՏԱԿԱՆ ԱՆԳԼԵՐԵՆԻ ԱՆՎՃԱՐ ԴԱՍԸՆԹԱՑՆԵՐ:
Իսկ որպես հեռանկարային ծրագիր` ամբողջովին վերանայել բուհերում օտար լեզուների դասավանդումը:
Քանի որ գործատուների վրա պետությունը այս հարցում լծակներ չունի, մնում է հայցել նրանց բարեխղճությունը, որ տեղի-անտեղի չպահանջեն օտար լեզվի ԳԵՐԱԶԱՆՑ իմացություն:
