Սյունիքում 4 մարդու մահվան ելքով վթարի դեպքի աթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` 4 անձանց մահվան պատճառ դարձած ավտովթարի դեպքի առթիվ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2015թ. հունիսի 23-ին` ժամը 12:45-ին, հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Մեղրի-Երևան ավտոճանապարհի 168-րդ կմ հատվածում տեղի է ունեցել ավտովթար, կան տուժածներ:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով՝ Ճանապարհային երթևեկության և տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է երկու կամ ավելի մարդու մահ:

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Կապանի 36-ամյա բնակիչ Ա. Հովհաննիսյանը Մեղրի-Երևան ավտոճանապարհի 168-րդ կմ հատվածում իր կողմից վարած «Մերսեդես-Բենց E320» ավտոմեքենայով դուրս է եկել հանդիպակաց երթևեկելի գոտի և բախվել նշված գոտով ընթացող «Օպել Վեկտրա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, որի հետևանքով վերջինիս վարորդը՝ 50-ամյա Ս. Պողոսյանը, ուղևորներ 43-ամյա Ա. Գասպարյանը, Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիներ 21-ամյա Ք. Գասպարյանը և 4-ամյա Մ. Ալեքսանյանն ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից տեղում մահացել են, իսկ մյուս ուղևորները՝ Գ. Գասպարյանը, Ա. Ալեքսանյանը և Հ. Ալեքսանյանը տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են Աղիտուի զինվորական հոսպիտալ:

Դեպքի վայրի զննության  ժամանակ «Մերսեդես-Բենց E320» ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը դեպքի վայրում չի եղել: Նրան հայտնաբերելու նպատակով գրություններ են ուղարկվել ոստիկանության Կապանի, Սիսիանի և Նոյեմբերյանի բաժիններ, «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի ոստիկանության գծային բաժին:

Կատարվել են առգրավումներ, վերցվել փորձանմուշներ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում դեպքի բազմակողմանի և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
