Սիրիայում հաստատված հրադադարի ռեժիմի արդյունավետությունն առաջին ամսվա կտրվածքով կազմում է շուրջ 70%

Մարտի 27-ին լրացավ Սիրիայում հաստատված հրադադարի ռեժիմի 1 ամիսը: Լոնդոնում տեղակայված, հիմնականում ընդդիմադիր դիրքորոշում ունեցող Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունն ամփոփել է փետրվարի 27-ից ուժի մեջ մտած կրակի դադարեցման ռեժիմի արդյունքները, որոնց ցուցանիշն, ըստ հրապարակված փաստաթղթի, դրամատիկ է՝ խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում արձանագրված կորուստների նվազման տեսանկյունից:
Վերոնշյալի համատեքստում, Սիրիայի այն շրջաններում, որոնք համաձայնել են ընդունել կրակի դադարեցման պայմաններն, անցյալ ամսվա ընթացքում զոհվել է 174 մարդ, այդ թվում՝41 երեխա, իսկ այն բնակավայրերում, որոնք վերահսկող խմբավորումները հրաժարվել են միանալ հրադադարին (բայց նաև չեն վարում ակտիվ ռազմական գործողություններ), գրանցվել է 189 զոհ: Այսպիսով, քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում արձանագրված կորուստներն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, կազմում են 363 զոհ. բավական է միայն նշել, որ հրադադարից ընդամենը 1 ամիս առաջ Սիրիայում զոհվել էր 1.100 խաղաղ բնակիչ, այդ թվում՝ 234 երեխա(անշուշտ, պետք է հաշվի առնալ նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ նշված ժամանակահատվածում սիրիական ռազմադաշտում ակտիվ դերակատարություն ունեին ՌԴ օդատիեզերական ուժերը):
Ինչ վերաբերում է այլ կորուստներին, ապա մարտ ամսվա ընթացքում կառավարական ուժերը և նրանց դաշնակից կառույցները կորցրել են 637 մարդ, սիրիական «չափավոր ընդդիմության» զինված խմբավորումները՝ 122 զինյալ, «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական կառույցը՝ 739 գրոհային, այլ ծայրահեղական խմբավորումները՝ 247 մարդ:
Այպիսով, ըստ SOHR-ի, 2016թ. մարտը, խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում արձանագրված կորուստների առումով, կարելի է համարել ամենախաղաղը հակամարտության վերջին 4 տարիների կտրվածքով. որպես օրինակ՝ 2011թ. նոյեմբերին երկրում զոհվել էր առնվազն 300 խաղաղ բնակիչ:
