ՊԵԿ նախագահը և ԱՄՀ պատվիրակությունը քննարկել են ՀՀ հարկային համակարգի խնդիրներն ու համագործակցության ծրագրերը

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Հովհաննես Հովսեփյանը մարտի 29-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանում Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի առաքելության ղեկավար Հոսսեյն Սամիեիի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Կարևորելով Հայաստանի հարկային համակարգի շարունակական բարելավման գործընթացում ԱՄՀ աջակցությունը` ՊԵԿ նախագահն անդրադարձել է ոլորտի օրակարգա յին խնդիրներին` ներկայացնելով դրանց լուծմանն ուղղված կոմիտեի քաղաքականությունը, որի արդյունքները հնարավոր կլինի արձանագրել առաջիկայում. «Չհարկվող շրջանառության դեմ պայքարում իրական քայլեր ենք նախաձեռնելու` խթանելով հարկային դաշտում հավասարության սկզբունքների պահպանումը և առանձնացնելով իրական ՓՄՁ-ները խոշոր բիզնեսից: Վերջինը լինելու է դիտակետում` միաժամանակ օրինապահ տնտեսվարողներին հնարավորություն ընձեռելով գործունեություն իրականացնել առավել հարմարավետ բիզնես միջավայրում»:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, խոսելով մտահոգիչ գործոններից, որոնք կարող են բացասաբար ազդել 2016թ.-ի հարկային եկամուտների ցուցանիշների վրա` դիտարկվել են ներմուծումների ծավալի կրճատումը, հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում միջազգային գների անկումը, առևտրատնտեսական գործընկեր երկրներում ընթացող զարգացումները և օրենսդրության փոփոխությամբ հարկային արտոնությունների շնորհումը: Վերջինները, միտված լինելով տնտեսական ակտիվության աճի ապահովմանը, սկզբնակա շրջանում հանգեցնում են պետական եկամուտների էական նվազման: Այդուհանդերձ, Հովհաննես Հովսեփյանի հավաստիացմամբ, ՊԵԿ-ը ձգտելու է հարկեր-ՀՆԱ հարաբերակցության առումով Հայաստանում ևս միջազգային առաջավոր փորձին համարժեք ցուցանիշներ գրանցել:
Ողջունելով ՊԵԿ նորանշանակ նախագահի որդեգրած քաղաքականությունը` Հայաստանում ԱՄՀ առաքելության ղեկավար Հոսսեյն Սամիեին ոլորտային զարգացման ծրագրերի աջակցման հարցում սերտորեն համագործակցելու պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել` հուսալով, որ ինչպես հարկային նոր օրենսգրքի, այնպես էլ համակարգի կայունությանն ու զարգացմանը նպաստող այլ ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ ԱՄՀ թիմի դիտարկումներն արժեքավոր ու կիրառելի կլինեն, իսկ կառույցների միջև համագործակցությունը` կառուցողական:
