Սահմանվել է կենսաթոշակային հաշվի միջոցները ստանալու համար առողջապահության նախարարությունից եզրակացություն տրամադրելու կարգը

Սահմանվել է կուտակային բաղադրիչի մասնակցին իր կենսաթոշակային հաշվում առկա միջոցներն ամբողջությամբ ստանալու իրավունք տվող հիվանդություններով հիվանդանալու դեպքում առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից համապատասխան եզրակացության տրամադրման կարգը: 

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի և առողջապահության նախարարի համատեղ հրամանով սահմանված կարգը նախատեսում է, որ կուտակային բաղադրիչի մասնակիցը, կառավարության կողմից սահմանված հիվանդություններով հիվանդանալու դեպքում, առողջապահության նախարարություն պետք է ներկայացնի իր կենսաթոշակային հաշվում առկա գումարը ամբողջությամբ ստանալու պահանջ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԿՀԻԿ հիմնադրամից: 

Պահանջին կից` մասնակիցը ներկայացնում է իր անձնագրի կամ նույնականացման քարտի պատճենը, քաղվածք հիվանդության պատմագրից և այլ բժշկական փաստաթղթեր (առկայության դեպքում), քաղվածք ամբուլատոր բժշկական քարտից: 

Դիմումի քննությամբ զբաղվում է հատուկ ստեղծված հանձնաժողովը, որի կազմում ներկայացված են երկու նախարարությունները` համապատասխան մասնագետներով: Հանձնաժողովի կողմից դիմումի և ներկայացված մյուս փաստաթղթերի ուսումնասիրությունից հետո, հանձնաժողովը առողջապահության նախարարին է ներկայացնում դիմումի բավարարման կամ մերժման վերաբերյալ եզրակացության նախագիծ: 

Մասնակցի դիմումը կարող է մերժվել այն դեպքում, եթե ներկայացված փաստաթղթերում առկա են սխալներ և սահմանված ժամկետում չեն շտկվում, կամ` եթե մասնակցի հիվանդությունը ընդգրկված չէ կառավարության կողմից սահմանված` կենսաթոշակային միջոցները ամբողջությհամբ ստանալու պահանջ ներկայացնելու իրավունք տվող հիվանդությունների ցանկում: 

Եզրակացությունը տրամադրվում է  առավելագույնը 7 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում: 

Լրացուցիչ պարզաբանումներ ստանալու համար քաղաքացիները կարող են զանգահարել «114 թեժ գիծ» շուրջօրյա ծառայությանը:
