Այսօր` մարտի 28-ին, ավազակային հարձակում է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 22:20–ի սահմաններում անհայտ անձը ավազակային հարձակում է կատարել Արամ Խաչատրյան փողոցի 25 շենքի 19 բնակարանի բնակչուհի, 67-ամյա Նուրիցա Թանկյանի նկատմամբ: 

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, տուժածին արնաշաղախ վիճակում հայտնաբերել են հարևանները և առաջին օգնությունն են ցուցաբերել, մինչև ժամանել է շտապօգնության բրիգադը և վիրավորին տեղափոխել Արմենիա բժշկական կենտրոն:

Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժի օպերատիվ խուբը` բաժնի պետ Հրաչ Խոստեղյանի գլխավորությամբ: 

Այս պահին տեղում աշխատում են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչ Գարիկ Ստեփանյանը, ոստիկանության փորձաքրեագիտական վարչության փորձաքրեագետ Սարգիս Մելքոնյանը:

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Երևանի ոստիկանապետի օպերգծով տեղակալ Արտակ Պողոսյանը և քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի պետ Արմեն Գասպարյանը: 

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների` ճիվաղը տուն մտնելուց հետո բռնություն է կիրառել տարեց կնոջ նկատմամբ, 2-րդ հարկի պատշգամբից թռել է 1-ին հարկի պատշգամբ, որտեղից էլ ճողոպրել է: 

Ոստիիկաններն ու քննիչները տան հյուրասենյակում` հատակի և բազմոցի վրա, հայտնաբերել են արյան հետքեր:

Փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 175 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: 

Տականքը արդյո՞ք բնակարանից որևէ իր գողացել է, թե ոչ` դրա պատասխանը կարող է տալ միայն բնակարանի տերը, ով այս պահին հիվանդանոցում է: 

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ` հանցագործությունը կատարած անձին կամ անձանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
