«Երևանի 9/17 տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի քարտուղար, 26-ամյա ՀՀԿ-ական Հասմիկ Հովհաննիսյանն ընտրակեղծարարության համար օրերս տուգանվեց 500 հազար դրամով, նա սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի օրը քվեարկել էր այլ անձի փոխարեն։ Պարզվում է, սակայն, 26-ամյա ՀՀԿ-ականը հանրաքվեի օրն իրեն առավել քան վատ է պահել։ 9/17 տևդամասամ ՀԱԿ վստահված անձ Գարիկ Ասատրյանը «ՉԻ» հնտ զրույցում պատմեց, որ հանրաքվեի օրը, երբ Հասմիկ Հովհաննիսյանր ընտրողների լրացուցիչ ցուցակների մոտ է նստած եղել, քվեարկության են եկել մի քանի հոգի։
Նրանք այդ լրացուցիչ ցուցակներում ստորագրել են, ստացել քվեաթերթիկն ու մտել քվեախուց։ Սակայն այդ պահին Հասմիկ Հովհաննիսյանի բջջայինին զանգ է եկել, որից հետո նա բարձրաձայն հայտարարել է ընտրողի անուն ազգանունը։ «Քվեախուցից այդ մարդն իր անունը լսելուց հետո դուրս եկավ, հանձնաժողովի քարտուղարն էլ նրան աասց, թե «դու մի քվեարկի, դու հայերեն չգիտես»։ Այդ մարդն էլ ասաց, թե՝ «Ինձ արդեն ասել են, նորմալ ա»։ Պարզ է, որ ինչ-որ պայմանավորվածություն է նրանց մեջ եղել, այլապևս՝ ինչո՞ւ հենց ընտրողների լրացուցիչ ցուցակում ընդգրկված մարդուն հանձնաժողովի ՀՀԿ-ական քարտուղարն այդպես ասաց»,– պատմեց Ասատրյանը՝ ասե|ով, որ իր ենթադրությամբ դրանք ՀՀԿ-ի բերած մարդիկ են եղել, ուստի, հանձնաժողովի ՀՀԿ-ական անդամը հոգացել է, որպեսզի վերջինս «այո»–ի օգտին ճիշտ քվեարկի»,–գրում է թերթը։
