«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Չնայած Մասիսում քաղաքապետի առաջիկա ընտրությունները կլինեն սեպտեմբերի վերջին կամ հոկտեմբերի սկզբին, սակայն նախընտրական խժդժություններն արդեն սկսվել են եւ թեժ պայքար են խոստանում։ Այս պահի դրությամբ խոսվում է 3 ազդեցիկ շրջանակներից առաջադրումների մասին։ Գործող քաղաքապետ Սաշա Հակոբյանը պաշտոնավարման անցած ժամկետին, ըստ մասիսցիների, թեպետ մատը մատին չի խփել, սակայն չի ուզում զիջել պաշտոնը։ «Բույսերի աշխարհ» արտադրական կոոպերատիվի հիմնադիր Մհեր Համբարձումյանը (Թույների Մհեր) պատրաստվում է որդու թեկնածությունն առաջադրել։ Անցած խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին Համբարձումյանը համալրում էր ՕԵԿ շարքերը, Արթուր Բաղդասարյանի մտերիմներից էր ու տեղ էր գտել ՕԵԿ ցուցակի 18-րդ հորիզոնականում։
Բայց ընտրություններից առաջ, մեկ գիշերում, քաղաքից ու հարակից համայնքներից հավաքեց իր գովազդային պաստառներն ու, ինքնաբացարկ ներկայացնելով, հեռացավ կուսակցությունից, քանի որ ձայների մեծ թիվ էին պահանջել իրենից։ Ապա անկուսակցական գործարարն սկսեց հարթել սրված հարաբերությունները մարզի ՀՀԿ-ականների հետ։ 2012-ին նա իր շրջապատի հետ «աշխատում էր» ՀՀԿ-ից մեծամասնական ընտրակարգով առաջադրված Մուրադ Մուրադյանի համար, որը պայքարում էր ԲՀԿ-ական Տիգրան Ստեփանյանի եւ այլոց դեմ։
Ի դեպ, պատգամավոր դառնալու չիրականացված երազանքին Թույների Մհերն այլընտրանքային լուծում է տվել, նա իր վարած «Տոյոտա քեմրի» ավտոմեքենային պատգամավորական համարների նմանությամբ համարանիշ է ամրացրել՝ «660 ՕՕ 11»։ Մասիսում խոսում են նաեւ Սեւակ Ավոյանի առաջադրման մասին։ Նա Մասիսի պետական գյուղատնտեսական քոլեջի տնօրենն է, ՀՀԿ-ական շրջանակների հետ սերտ հարաբերություններ ունի։ Թե ում վրա կկանգնի իշխանության «դաբրոն», դժվար է ասել»:
