Սաուդյան Արաբիան կրճատել է իր մասնաբաժինը նավթի առանցքային շուկաների մեծամասնությունում

Էր Ռիյադի ռազմավարությունը, որը 2014-ին համաձայնել էր շուկայում իր մասնաբաժնի պահպանման դիմաց դիմանալ նավթի ցածր գներին, անհաջողության է մատնվել, գրում է FT-ն: Թագավորությունն իր մասնաբաժինը զիջել է մրցակիցներին առանցքային շուկաների կեսից ավելինում:
2014-ի վերջին Սաուդյան Արաբիան իր առաջ խնդիր էր դրել գների անկում առաջացրած հումքի ավելցուկի պայմաններում պահպանել իր մասնաբաժինը նավթային շուկայում: 2014-ի երկրորդ կեսին, երբ սկսվեց Brent նավթի գների անկումը, ՕՊԵԿ-ի երկրները քննարկում էին նավթի արդյունահանման քվոտայի կրճատումը, բայց որոշում կայացրեցին այն պահպանել օրական 30 մլն բարելի մակարդակում: ՕՊԵԿ-ի անդամները Սաուդյան Արաբիայի գլխավորությամբ հասկացնել տվեցին, որ պատրաստ են դիմանալ ցածր գներին, միայն թե մրցակիցներին չզիջեն իրենց մասնաբաժինը: ՕՊԵԿ-ի որոշմանը նավթի գների անկում հետեւեց: Brent նավթի բարելի արժեքը, որը 2014-ի հունիսին 115 դոլար արժեր, 2016-ի հունվարին 30 դոլարից ներքեւ ընկավ` կրկնելով 13 տարվա նվազագույն արժեքը: Երկուշաբթի ցերեկը Brent նավթի ֆյուչրսները` մայիսին մատակարարմամբ, գնվում եւ վաճառվում էին մեկ բարելի դիմաց 40,35 դոլարի մակարդակում:
FGE-ի տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ երկրի ռազմավարությունը ձախողվել է իր համար առանցքային մի քանի շուկայում, գրում է Financial Times-ը: Փետրվարին Սաուդյան Արաբիան հասկացնել տվեց, որ պատրաստ է փոխել ռազմավարությունը. թագավորությունը Ռուսաստանի եւ մի շարք այլ արտահանողների հետ պայմանավորվեց նավթի արդյունահանումը հունվարի մակարդակում սառեցնելու մասին, նշում է պարբերականը: Ավելի վաղ` FT-ն, վկայակոչելով աղբյուրին, գրում էր, որ Սաուդյան Արաբիան պատրաստ է համաձայնագիր ստորագրել, նույնիսկ եթե Իրանը չմասնակցի դրան: Վերջինս հայտնել էր արդյունահանման կրճատման նախաձեռնությանը միանալու պատրաստակամության մասին, բայց միայն այն ժամանակ երբ դուրս գա մինչպատժամիջոցային մակարդակ, հայտնում է PBK-ն:
