Shabat.am-ը գրում է․
Շուրթեր չորանալը կարող է լինել նաև վիտամինների պակասից լինել, նաև շրթներկից, եթե դուք ալերգիկ եք: Կան միջոցներ, որոնք կօգնեն ձեզ վերականգնել և պահպանել ձեր շուրթերի գեղեցկությունը:
Չորացած շուրթերին առավոտյան թթվասեր քսեք, որը բավականաչափ յուղ է պարունակում անբարենպաստ եղանակից շուրթերը պահպանելու համար։ Իսկ երեկոյան շատ օգտակար է մեղր քսելը, որը վերականգնում է մաշկի բջիջները և ոչնչացնում մանրէները, որոնք կարող են ճաքճքած մաշկից ներս թափանցել։
Փափուկ մերսումը հրաշալի վերականգնողական միջոց է։ Դրա համար ատամի փափուկ խոզանակ վերցրեք և եղեսպակի (шалфей) քսուքով մերսեք շուրթերը։
Շատ օգտակար է նաև խնձորը: Խնձորի կեղևը մաքրել, անցկացնել քերիչով, ավելացնել ձիթապտղի կամ այլ ձեթ 1:1 հարաբերությամբ: Խառնուրդը քսել շուրթերին, թողնել 10 րոպե, ապա անձեռոցիկով սրբել և հիգիենիկ շրթներկ քսել:
Դիմահարդարումը պետք է նուրբ լինի և ոչ շատ արտահայտիչ, որպեսզի բնական երևա: Շուրթերի բնական գծից դուրս ընդգծված եզրագիծը, թեև տեսողական առումով դրանք լայնացնում, բայց միշտ էլ նկատելի է լինում նկարված լինելը։ Այդ սխալն ուղղելու համար առաջին հերթին պետք է եզրագծի համար բաց գույնի մատիտ ու նաև բաց երանգի շրթներկ օգտագործել։ Մուգ շրթներկի դեպքում կենտրոնում համեմատաբար բաց գույնի փայլ քսեք տեսողական առումով շուրթերը հաստացնելու համար։ Փայլն ավելի լավ է մատով քսել։ Բայց չորացած շուրթերի դեպքում դա խորհուրդ չի տրվում, քանի որ ճաքերն ավելի են ընդգծվում:
