Ադրբեջանում դեռ 90 քաղբանտարկյալներ կան

Ադրբեջանում համաներման շրջանակում 15 քաղբանտարկյալների ազատ արձակվելու առնչությամբ տեղական եւ միջազգային կազմակերպությունները հայտարարել են, որ այդ երկրի բանտերում դեռեւս 90 քաղբանտարկյալներ կան:
Այս մասին հայտնում է «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալությունը:
Ադրբեջանի քաղբանտարկյալների մոնիտորինգի կենտրոնն անհանգստություն է հայտնել ադրբեջանական բանտերում քաղբանտարկյալների իրավունքների խախտումների կապակցությամբ:
Կենտրոնի ղեկավար Էլշան Հասանովը ադրբեջանական լրատվական գործակալությանը հայտարարել է, որ լրագրող Խադիջա Իսմայիլովային թույլ չի տրվում հանդիպել իր փաստաբանի հետ, նրա մոտ հարազատներից թողնում են միայն մորը:
Տեսակցության իրավունքը Սսահմանափակվել է նաեւ REAL շարժման առաջնորդ Իլգար Մամեդովի եւ իրավապաշտպան Ինթիգամ Ալիեւի նկատմամբ, ինչը ազատազրկման վայրերում պահվողների իրավունքների եւ ազատությունների ապահովման մասին օրենքի 15.1.1 կետի դրույթի կոպիտ խախտում է հանդիսանում:
Էլշան Ալիեւն ասել է, որ Ադրբեջանի բանտերում սահմանափակումները կիրառվում են միայն քաղբանտարկյալների նկատմամբ:
«Դրա հետ միասին, քրեական հոդվածներով բանտարկյալների տեսակցություններն ու իրապարենահանձնումները կատարվում են առանց սահմանափակումների», -ասել է նա:
Չնայած երկրից ելքի եւ մուտքի արգելքի վերացմանը, որոշ ՀԿ-ների ղեկավարների եւ ակտիվիստների նկատմամբ այն դեռեւս ուժի մեջ է մնում: Դա մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության Եվրոպական համաձայնագրի 2-րդ հոդվածի (ազատ տեղաշարժում) կոպիտ խախտում է: Ադրբեջանական բանտերում շարունակվում են բանտարկյալների նկատմամբ խոշտանգումները:
«Մենք Ադրբեջանի քրեակատարողական ծառայության ղեկավարությանը կոչ ենք անում վերականգնել քաղբանտարկյալների իրավունքները եւ պատժել օրեսնդրության խախտման մեջ մեղավորներին», -ամփոփել է Հասանովը:
