Ադրբեջանը խոչընդոտում է սահմանամերձ գյուղի բնակիչների գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Տավուշի մարզի Բերքաբեր գյուղի գյուղապետ Արթուր Մադաթյանը:
«Ադրբեջանի գործողություններով պայմանավորված՝ գյուղացին չի կարողանում գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներով զբաղվել: Հակառակորդը կրակում է քաղաքացիական անձանց ուղղությամբ, հետևաբար, անվտանգությունից ելնելով բնակիչնեը հողագործական աշխատանքները չեն սկսել»,-ասաց Արթուր Մադաթյանը: Նրա խոսքով, Ադրբեջանի կրակոցներից վնասվում է գյուղացիների եղած գույքը, տնտեսությանն է վնաս հասցվում: Ադրբեջանական կողմը բնակիչներից մեկի ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ է կրակ բացել:
Ոչ աշխատանքային օրերին թե հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին, թե ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում իրավիճակն անհանգիստ է եղել: Հակառակորդը շարունակել է խախտել հրադադարի ռեժիմը: Տավուշի մարզի բոլոր սահմանային գյուղերում անհանգիստ է եղել:
