Աշխահի մեծերը շագանակը կրակից ուրիշի ձեռքով հանել են սովորել

Ահարոն Վարդանյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Տեսեք, Առաջին և Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմներն իրենց ռազմավարական ձևով քիչ էին տարբերվում միմյանցից։ Սակայն Երկրորդ աշխարհամարտից հետո, կարծեք թե ինչ-որ բան փոխվեց գերտերությունների մտածելակերպում։ Անցել է 70 տարի, պաշտոնական ոչ մի համաշխարհային պատերազմ, բայց եթե փորձենք կողքից նայել, ապա հետաքրքիր պատկեր կտեսնենք։ Ամենուր օատերազմող երկրներ, պատերազմական իրավիճակ։ Արևմուտքում՝ Ուկրաինա, Թուրքիա, Արևելքում՝ Սիրիա, Իրաք։ Սրանք միայն որպես թատերաբեմ հանդես եկող երկրներն են, իսկ քանի՞ պետություն է մասնակցում այս պատերազմական իրավիճակներին՝ ԱՄՆ, Ռուսաստան, Ֆրանսիա, Գերմանիա, Մեծ Բրիտանիա, Ուկրաինաա, Իրան, Թուրքիա, Իսրայել, Սաուդյան Արաբիա, Աֆղանստան, Պակիստան, Ադրբեջան, մի շարք Աֆրիկյան երկրներ և այլն և այլն, այս շարքը դեռ երկար կարելի է թվարկել։
Սակայն ի՞նչն է փոխվել։ Փոխվել է այն, որ եթե նախկինում ստեղծված երկբևեռ աշխարհն ընտրում էր մի տեղ, որտեղ կար շահերի բախում, հարձակվում էին, պատերազմում, որոշ ժամանակն անց մեկը հաղթում էր, մյուսը՝ պարտվում, վերաձևում էին աշխարհը և այդպիսով ավարտվում էր։ Իսկ հիմա՞։ Հիմա այլ են վարքերն ու բարքերը։
Հիմա գերտերությունները, այսպես ասած, "խելքի են եկել"։ Նրանք ստեղծում եմ ազդեցության գոտիներ, ընտրում են դաշնակիցներ կամ "պուճուր ախպերներ" և այդ դաշնակիցների կամ "պուճուր ախպերների" միջոցով հասնում իրենց ուզածին։ Նրանք անմիջականորեն մասնակցություն չեն ունենում կամ գրեթե չեն ունենում, իսկ ունենալու դեպքում էլ շատ աննշան՝ ասենք հատուկ ծառայությունների, բարձրաստիճան զինվորական հրամանատարության տեսքով, պատերազմի ժամանակ քարոզչական կողմը և հիմնական ֆինանսական հոսքերն ապահովելով։
Ուկրաինական և սիրիական պատերազմները խոսքերիս լավագույն ապացույցներն են։
Այսինքն՝ գերտերությունները այլևս անցել են, այսպես ասած, "Soft Security-ի", ինչը ժամանակին հատուկ էր Բրիտանական կայսրությանը։
Կարելի է ասել, որ աշխարհի մեծերն ավելի են խելոքացել, գաղափարապես հասունացել և մի կամ մի քանի մակարդակ "աճել", հետևաբար՝ ավելի վտանգավոր է դարձել նրանց հետ "խաղալը"։ "Խաղալու" դեպքում էլ կարելի է, ֆուտոլային լեզվով ասած, փորձել լինել "խաղարկողի" դերում, ոչ թե՝ "հենակետայինի"։
