«Տաղանդավոր էր և վերջ …». Բարսեղ Թումանյանը՝ Գեղամ Գրիգորյանի մասին

Երկիրը հրաժեշտ տվեց իր ամենանշանավոր արտիստներից մեկին՝ տաղանդավոր օպերային երգիչ, Լիտվայի վաստակավոր և Հայաստանի ժողովրդական արտիստ, տենոր Գեղամ Գրիգորյանին:
1975 թվականին կայացավ նրա դեբյուտը Ալեքսանդր Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնում՝ Էդգարի դերերգով, Դոնիցետիի «Լուչիա դի Լամերմուր» օպերայում։ Դրան հետևում են Սարոն (Արմեն Տիգրանյանի «Անուշ»), Տիրիթը (Տիգրան Չուխաջյանի «Արշակ Բ»), Սայաթ-Նովան (Ալեքսանդր Հարությունյանի «Սայաթ-Նովա»), Կոմս Ալմավիվա (Ռոսսինիի «Սևիլյան սափրիչ»), Ֆաուստը (Գունոյի «Ֆաուստ»)։
1970-ականներին Գրիգորյանն արդեն հայտնի մեներգիչ էր ողջ Խորհրդային Միությունում։ 1978 թվականին մասնակցել է Միլանի «Լա Սկալա» թատրոնի Գեղարվեստական կատարելագործման դպրոցի մրցույթին (Scuola di Perfizionamento Artistico) և ընդգրկվել այն չորս երգիչների կազմի մեջ, ովքեր հրավիրվել են աշխատանքային պրակտիկա անցնել «Լա Սկալա»-ում։
Անվանի օպերային երգիչ, ՀՀ ժողովրդական արտիստ Բարսեղ Թումանյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ կորուստ է ունեցել ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլև ամբողջ աշխարհի օպերային արվեստը: «Նման տաղանդավոր մարդկանց մասին էլ փակագծեր չեն բացում, թե ինչպիսին է, տաղանդավոր էր և վերջ …»,- նշում է Բարսեղ Թումանյանը: Պարոն Թումանյանի կարծիքով՝ Գեղամ Գրիգորյանն իր տեսակով, ձայնով և էներգիայով յուրահատուկ էր:
«Գեղամը բեմում արտահայտիչ և յուրահատուկ կերպար էր ստեղծում, ինչը չեմ կարող ասել շատ օպերային երգիչների մասին»,- իր խոսքը եզրափակեց ՀՀ ժողովրդական արտիստը:
