Ում համար է վտանգավոր քրքումը

Քրքումը բավականին տարածված համեմունք է, եւ դրա օգտակարության մասին շատերին է հայտնի։ Սակայն որոշակի մարդկանց համար այն կարող է վտանգավոր լինել։ Որոշ մարդիկ քրքում օգտագործելուց հետո կարող է հետեւյալ խնդիրներն ունենան՝ գլխապտույտ, սրտխառնոց, լուծ, ստամոքսի ցավ եւ այլն։ Իսկ եթե քրքումն ու սեւ բիբարը խառնեք իրար, արյան հետ խնդիրներ կարող են առաջանալ։ Ահա թե ովքեր պետք է խուսափեն այս համեմունքից։
1. Ստամոքսի խանգարում ունեցող մարդիկ։ Այն բարձրացնում է թթվայնությունը եւ խնդիրներ առաջացնում։
2. Լեղապարկի խանգարում ունեցող մարդիկ։ Քրքումը կարող է սրել լեղապարկի խնդիրները։
3. Երիկամային քարեր ունեցող մարդիկ։ Քրքումը եթե շատ եք օգտագործում, կարող է երիկամներում քարեր առաջացնել։
4. Շաքարային դիաբետ ունեցող մարդիկ։ Այն իջեցնում է շաքարն արյան մեջ, իսկ եթե դուք դիաբետ ունեք եւ դեղեր եք օգտագործում, շաքարը արյան մեջ կտրուկ կարող է նվազել, ինչը եւս վտանգավոր է։
5. Հղիներ եւ կերակրող մայրեր։ Քրքումն արգանդը գրգռում է, բացի այդ՝ այն շատացնում է ամսականները։
6. Մարդիկ, ովքեր վիրահատության են պատրաստվում։ Եթե պետք է վիրահատվեք, արդեն երկու շաբաթ առաջ ընդհանրապես քրքում մի օգտագործեք։
