Սրտի արատով ծնվող երեխաների թիվը նվազեցնելուն է ուղղված Երևանում անցկացվող դասընթացը

Վերջին 20 տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանում 1000 ծնված երեխաներից 10-ը սրտի արատով են: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց Մանկաբարձությունում և գինեկոլոգիայում ուլտրաձայնային ախտորոշման հայկական ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Կարինե Թոխունցը:
Ասոցիացիայի ջանքերով, ՀՀ առաջին տիկինՌիտա Սարգսյանի հովանավորությամբ ևԱռողջապահության նախարարությանաջակցությամբ՝ Երևանում մարտի 26-27-ինանցկացվում է դասընթաց` նվիրվածհղիության աոաջին և երկրորդ եռամսյակներումպտղի էխոսրտագրական հետազոտությանժամանակ սրտի բնածին արատների ախÕ �որոշման արդյունավետությանբարձրացմանը: Դասընթացները վարում է«Մանկաբարձությունում և գինեկոլոգիայումուլտրաձայնային ախտորոշման միջազգայինկազմակերպության» (ISUOG)Արևելաեվրոպական տարածաշրջանի դեսպան, «Fetal Medicine Foundation»-ի պաշտոնական մասնագետ Ֆրեդ Ուշակովը:
«Այս ասպարեզում հայտնի գիտնական, բժիշկ Ուշակովը կծանոթացնի մեր բժիշկներին սրտի արատների վաղ հայտնաբերման նորագույն մեթոդներին, քանի որ մեզ՝ մասնագետներիս, շատ է մտահոգում վերջերս Հայաստանում և ամբողջ աշխարհում գրանցվող բնական արատների աճի հաճախականությունը: Վերջին 20 տարիներին այն գրեթե կրկնապատակվել է՝ հասնելով մոտ 18 պրոմիլի, այսինքն՝ ամեն 1000 ծնունդին բաժին է ընկնում արատով ծնված 18 երեխա: Դրանցում սրտի արատները զգալի մասն են կազմում՝ 1000 ծնունդի ժամանակ մենք ունենում ենք սրտի արատով 10 երեխա»,-ասաց Կարինե Թոխունցը:
«Ներարգանդային կյանքում և նորածինների սրտի արատների հայտնաբերումը աշխարհում այսօր ակտուալ խնդիրներից է: Արատները հանգեցնում են հիվանդ երեխաների ծնունդին, ինչը սոցիալական խնդիրներ է առաջացնում ընտանիքներում: Դրանց վաղ հայտնաբերումը թույլ կտա նախապատրաստել ընտանիքին կամ էլ ընդհատել հղիությունը, երբ արատն անհամատեղելի է կյանքի հետ»,-նշեց բժիշկ Ուշակովը՝ ներկայացնելով համաշխարհային վիճակագրությունը: «Աշխարհում 500 ծնված երեխաներից մեկն ունի սրտի ծանր արատ, իսկ թեթև տեսակները հաճախ են հանդիպում ու կազմÕ �ւմ աշխարհում ծնված երեխաների 1 տոկոսը»,-տեղեկացրեց Ֆրեդ Ուշակովը:
«Մանկաբարձությունում և գինեկոլոգիայում ուլտրաձայնային ախտորոշման հայկական ասոցիացիա»-ն դեռևս 2014 թ.փետրվարից սկսել է ծրագիր ՀՀ Առողջապահության համակարգում հղիների պարտադիր սկրինինգային հետազոտման ներդրման վերաբերյալ` պտղի զարգացման արատների պրենատալ ախտորոշման, ինչպես նաև Õ �աղաժամծննդաբերության, պտղի ներարգանդային աճի դանդաղման, պրեէկլամպսիայի զարգացման բարձր ռիսկի խմբերիհայտնաբերման նպատակով:
2015 թվականի հունիսի 5-6-ը Երևանում կազմակերպվել և մեծ հաջողությամբ իրագործվել է վերապատրաստման ինտենսիվ դասընթաց «Հղիության առաջին եռամսյակում պտղի գերձայնային հետազոտություն. ժամանակակից պահանջներ» թեմայով, որին մասնակցել են 120 ուլտրաձայնային ախտորոշման մասնագետներ: Այդ դասընթացի անցկացման համար ևսհրավիրված էր Մանկաբարձությունում և գինեկոլոգիայում ուլտրաձայնային ախտորոշման միջազգային կազմակերպության (ISUOG) Արևելաեվրոպական տարածաշրջÕ �նի դեսպան, Fetal Medicine Foundation-ի պաշտոնական մասնագետ պարոն Ֆրեդ Ուշակովը:
