«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Արեւմուտք-Ռուսաստան լարվածության ֆոնին Քերիի պարբերական այցերն ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական են: Սիրիայում Ռուսաստանի քաղաքականությունը եւ վերջին որոշումը փոխել է ԱՄՆ-Ռուսաստան հարաբերություններում առկա տրամադրվածությունը: Ի վերջո, ռուսական ստորաբաժանումների մեծ մասը Սիրիայից դուրս բերելու Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների դրդապատճառներից մեկն Ասադի անզիջումն քաղաքականությունն է, Ռուսաստանն այսկերպ իր դժգոհությունը հայտնեց Ասադին` ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարելու ողջ բեռը գցելով Ասադի վրա, ինչը, բոլորն են հասկանում, որ նա անել չի կարող:
Այս հարցում, փաստորեն, Արեւմուտքի եւ Ռուսաստանի դիրքորոշումները մոտեցան, ինչն էլ դրական հող նախապատրաստեց այս բանակցությունների համար»,- մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում այս մասին է ասել Սեւծովյան եւ Կասպից ծովի տարածաշրջանի քաղաքական ու սոցիալական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի աշխատակից Վիկտոր Նադեին-Ռաեւսկին` անդրադառնալով մարտի 23-ին ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիի երկօրյա այցին Մոսկվա եւ այդ այցելության ընթացքում նաեւ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության քննարկման հավանականությանը: Նա նշել է, թե չի բացառվում, որ փակ քննարկումներում ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի վերաբերյալ կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել:
«Եթե նույնիսկ դա տեղի չի ունեցել, ապա, վստահ եմ, որ ԱՄՆ-ՌԴ լարվածության մեղմացումը դրականորեն կանդրադառնա ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման բանակցությունների վրա»,- ասել է ռուս վերլուծաբանը:
Մինչդեռ «Կովկաս» ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն, վերլուծաբան Սերգեյ Մինասյանը ենթադրել է, որ ԼՂ հակամարտությունը Մոսկվայում ընդհանրապես չի քննարկվել: Դա, ըստ նրա, դրական է՝ այն իմաստով, որ այդ հարցն այնքան արտահերթ նշանակություն չունի, որ ստվերեր Սիրիայում կամ Ուկրաինայում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները:
«Կարծում եմ` ԱՄՆ-ի ու Ռուսաստանի համար կան շատ ավելի կարեւոր եւ հրատապ խնդիրներ, որոնք լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմների ու հումանիտար աղետների հետ են կապված: Հետեւաբար՝ ես կարծում եմ, որ դա նաեւ խոսում է այն մասին, որ եւ՛ ԱՄՆ-ը, եւ՛ ՌԴ-ն չեն ընկալում այն իրավիճակը, որը կա ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտում՝ որպես վտանգավոր, լայնամասշտաբ գործողությունների տանող իրավիճակ»,- ասել է Մինասյանը»:
