Բաբկեն Թունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Վերջին 2 օրերին շատ է հանդիպում էն տեսակետը, որ վատ է։ Նախ, էն պատճառով, որ համաշխարհային բրենդ է լքում հայաստանյան շուկան։ Որ դա քաղաքական պատճառներ ունի՝ ԵՏՄ ենք մտել։ Ու մեկ էլ բացասականի մեջ է դիտվում էն, որ Ucom-ի սեփականատերը Գագիկ Խաչատրյանն է։

Բայց մի պահ ուրիշ աչքերով նայեք էս ամենին ու մի պահ մոռացեք, թե ով է Ucom-ի սեփականատերը։

Ֆիքսեք փաստը. հայկական համեմատաբար երիտասարդ ընկերությունը՝ Ucom-ը, կլանեց համաշխարհային բրենդ Orange-ի հայկական բիզնեսը։ Կլանեց՝ առանց ճնշումների կամ անցանկալի մեխանիզմների։ Որ շատ խորանանք, Ucom-ը փրկեց Orange-ին։

Որովհետև Եթե օբյեկտիվ նայեք, կտեսնեք, որ հայաստանյան Orange-ը ակնհայտ տանուլ է տվել իր մրցակիցներին՝ Բիլայնին ու հատկապես Վիվային։ Տանուլ է տվել լրիվ ցիվիլ բիզնես մրցակցության մեջ, որովհետև բջջային կապի ոլորտը քիչ թվով մրցակցային ու թափանցիկ ոլորտներից է։ 
Ու տանուլ տալը սկսվել էր դեռ տարիներ առաջ, երբ ԵՏՄ-ի թեմա չկար, Հայաստանն էլ գնում էր ԵՄ։ Orange-ը սկում էր: Վատ մենեջմենթի, թե այլ պատճառներով՝ էդ հարցը ավելի շատ պետք է ընկերության բաժնետերերին հետաքրքրի։

Էնպես որ, Orange-ի հեռանալը շահարկել ԵՏՄ-ով ու մնացած բաներով պետք չի։ Սա սովորական բիզնես է, երբ մրցակցությանը չդիմացած ընկերությունները կամ դուրս են մղվում շուկայից, կամ կլանվում մրցակիցների կողմից։ Հիմա դա միջազգային բրենդ է, թե ոչ, դա էական չի։

Ու մի բան էլ։ Ավելի լավ չի՞, որ Օրանժը գնվեց Յուքոմի կողմից ու շուկայում էլի մնացին երեք խաղացող։ Եթե կլանվեր Վիվայի կամ Բիլայնի կողմից, հաստատ էդ շուկայի մրցակցությունը կտուժեր։
