Արտոնություններ առաջնագծում զինծառայություն կրելու համար
Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում հաստատվեց «Պետական կենսաթոշակների մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի նախագիծը:
Վերոնշյալ փոփոխությունը սահմանում է, որ առաջնագծում մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնող ՀՀ զինված ուժերի սպայական, ենթասպայական և պայմանագրային շարքային կազմի զինծառայողների թոշակը կլինի կրկնակի:
Առավել պարզ ասած, եթե սպան զինվորական ծառայություն է կրել 20 տարի, որոնցից 15 տարին առաջին գծում, ապա վերջինիս կենսաթոշակը սահմանելիս, այդ 15 տարին կրկնապատկվում է, ինչը էականորեն կավելացնի վերջինիս կենսաթոշակը:
Առաջնագծում մեր զինծառայողների գործադրած ջանքերի ու բացառիկ ծառայությունների շնորհիվ է, որ այսօր սահմանին պահպանվում է հարաբերական խաղաղությունը, իսկ հակառակորդի ցանկացած սադրանքին հայկական ստորաբաժանումները համարժեք պատասխան են տալիս:
Այս իրավիճակում պետք է արժանին մատուցել բոլոր զինծառայողներին, հատկապես նրանց, ովքեր տարիներով, բառիս բուն իմաստով, խրամատում են ապրում:
Մարտական դիրքերում արելի է հանդիպել սպաների, պայմանագրային զինծառայողների, ովքեր 10 տարուց ավելի ծառայություն են կրում մարտական դիրքերում:
Ի դեպ, Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ինստիտուտի շրջանավարտների գերակշռող մասը, ավարտական քննություններից հետո, կամավոր մեկնում են առաջնագիծ:
Զինծառայողների խնդիրները պետք է մշտապես գտնվեն կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում են և կառավարությունը հնարավորության սահմաններում պետք է փորձի քայլ առ քայլ լուծումներ տալ դրանց:
