Կառավարությունը հետևողականորեն շարունակելու է խթանել ՏՏ ոլորտի հետագա զարգացումը

ՀՀ կառավարությունն էապես կարևորում է Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության դերը տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի և նախաձեռնությունների իրականացման գործում:
Այդ մասին ԻՏՁՄ 16-րդ համագումարի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ոլորտը բարձրակարգ մասնագետներով համալրելու նպատակով կառավարությունն ԻՏՁՄ-ի հետ ձեռնամուխ է եղել հանրապետությանդպրոցներում ռոբոտատեխնիկայի և ինժեներիայի լաբորատորիաների ստեղծմանը, որի արդյունքներն արդեն իսկ տեսանելի են:
«Բացի այդ, կառավարության և ԻՏՁՄ-ի կողմից ներկայում համատեղ նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում 2019 թվականին Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների համաշխարհային համաժողովը Հայաստանում պատշաճ կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ: Մեր համագործակցությունը այսուհետև նույնպես շարունակական բնույթ է կրելու: Մենք բաց ենք նոր ծրագրերի, նախաձեռնությունների քննարկման և համատեղ իրագործման համար»,- ասաց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
Նրա համոզմամբ՝ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտը Հայաստանում ամենաարագ զարգացող ճյուղերից է, և, հատկանշական է, որ այն կառավարության ծրագրի առանցքային ուղղություններից մեկն է: Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի ՏՏ ոլորտում առկա է մեծ ներուժ, և անհրաժեշտ է հնարավորինս օժանդակել դրա իրացմանը: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հիշեցրեց, որ վերջին տարիներին այս ոլորտում արձանագրվել է զգալի առաջընթաց. գրանցվել է տարեկան միջինը 20-22 տոկոս աճ, ինչը պայմանավորված է նաև կառավարության կողմից ոլորտում վարվող արդյունավետ քաղաքականությամբ:
«Տեղեկատվական, հեռահաղորդակցման և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտների նորագույն լուծումներն այսօր հաջողությամբ կիրառվում են տնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերում, ինչը մեծապես նպաստում է տնտեսության ընդհանուր առաջընթացին, արտադրողականության և մրցունակության բարձրացմանը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, մենք չենք բավարարվում ոլորտի ներկայիս ձեռքբերումներով և հետևողականորենշարունակելու ենք խթանել Հայաստանում ՏՏ ոլորտի հետագա զարգացմանը ուղղված բազմաթիվ ծրագրերի ու միջոցառումների իրականացումը»,- ասաց կառավարության ղեկավարը՝ ավելացնելով, որ պատրաստ են աջակցելու ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված յուրաքանչյուր ողջամիտ առաջարկության կյանքի կոչմանը:
