ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի հրամանով Երևանի Բաղրամյան պողոտայի դեպքերի առնչությամբ մի քանի ոստիկան ենթարկվել է կարգապահական տույժի: ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում նախ հիշեցնում է, որ հունիսի 23-ին Երևանի Բաղրամյան պողոտայում և Ազատության հրապարակում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերով՝ հասարակական կարգը վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ իրականացված միջոցառման ընթացքում, ոստիկանության ծառայողների գործողությունների հետ կապված, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի հանձնարարությամբ նույն օրը ոստիկանության ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունում նշանակվել էր ծառայողական քննություն:

«Հուլիսի 13-ի դրությամբ կատարված քննության արդյունքներով պարզվել էր, որ ոստիկանության մի խումբ ծառայողներ թույլ են տվել կարգապահական խախտումներ: ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի հրամանով՝ ոստիկանության 1 ծառայողի պաշտոնն իջեցվել էր մեկ աստիճանով, 1 ծառայողի հայտարարվել էր «նկատողություն», 7 ծառայողի՝ «խիստ նկատողություն»:      Բաղրամյան պողոտայում և Ազատության հրապարակում հունիսի 23-ին տեղի ունեցած հավաքների ընթացքում ծառայության ընդգրկված ոստիկանության մյուս ծառայողների գործողությունների և քաղաքացի ների դիմումների քննարկման մասով ծառայողական քննության ընթացքում պարզվել է նաև, որ ոստիկանության 3 ծառայողներ ևս թույլ են տվել կարգապահական խախատումներ: Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ՔՀ ավագ օպերլիազոր, ոստիկանության մայոր Է. Պողոսյանը և նույն վարչության ՊՊԾ գնդի ավագ ոստիկան, ոստիկանության ավագ Հ. Սանթրոսյանը խախտել են «ՀՀ ոստիկանության կարգապահական կանոնագիրքը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 10-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի «թ» կետով նախատեսված` ոստիկանության ծառայողի էթիկայի կանոնները, իսկ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ԱԳ բաժանմունքի պետ, ոստիկանության փոխգնդապետ Կ. Բաբայանը խախտել է «Ոստիկանությունում ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 42-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի պահանջները:  Համաձայն «Ոստիկանությունում ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 42-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 2-րդ կետի, 43-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ մասի, «ՀՀ ոստիկանության կարգապահական կանոնագիրքը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի՝ Է. Պողոսյանին, Հ. Սանթրոսյանին և Կ. Բաբայանին հայտարարվել է «խիստ նկատողություն»: Ծառայողական քննության նյութերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն, ընթացքը կասեցվել է: Ծառայողական քննությանն անդրադարձ կարվի ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում քրեական գործերի նախաքննությունների վերջնական արդյունքներով»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ:
