Պետք է փաստել, որ այսօր մեր երկրում ստեղծվել է բավականին նոր քաղաքական իրավիճակ: Հին կուսակցությունները վերադասավորում են իրենց ապագա համամասնական ցուցակները, իսկ որոշները վերանվանվում կամ վերամիավորվում: Նկատելի է նաև նորաստեղծ կուսակցությունների ակտիվությունը և գալիք համապետական ընտրություններին 5%-ի շեմը հաղթահարելու անհագ ցանկությունը: Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ դասական քաղաքական պայքարի փոխարեն ( Ընդիմություն-Իշխանություն ), այսօր մենք հիմնականում ականատես ենք լինում իշխանություն-իշխանություն և ընդիմություն-ընդիմություն պայքարին: Ժողովրդական հայտնի ասացվածք կա, որ ճշմարտությունը պարզ է դառնում երկու կողմերի բանավեճի արդյունքում, և ահա այդ դեպքում որ քաղաքական ուժին պետք է ժողովուրդը իր վստահության քվեն տա, եթե այսօր մի զգալի հատվածը ապակողմնորոշման մեջ է: Քաղաքական գործիչների մի զգալի հատված կա, որ միայն ու միայն մտածում են վերընտրվելու մասին, իսկ մնացածը թողնում են ինքնահոսի վրա: Ժամանակն է ճանապարհելու տարիներով պարապուրդի մատնված և անտեղի քաղաքական պաշտոն զբաղեցնող այդ քաղաքական գործիչներին և փոխարենը հնարավորություն տալ առաջ գնալու երիտասարդ կադրերին: Վերջին շրջանում նկատելի է երկրի բարձրագույն պաշատոններում երիտասարդ կադրային նշանակումները: Նախընտրելի է հնարավորություն տալ որոշակի փորձի պակաս ունեցող երիտասարդին, քան կրկին ու կրկին անգամ վստահել փարձառու, բայց տարիներով պռավալ տվող և ժողովրդի կողմից անընդունելի ու անվստահելի կերպարների: Երիտասարդներին ապագան խոստանալու փոխարեն, անհրաժեշտ է ավագ գործընկերների աջակցությամբ ներկան վստահել:
