Հուլիսի 23-ին արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ընդունեց Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժային։
Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը մեծ նշանակություն է տալիս անվտանգության ապահովման կարևոր բաղադրիչ հանդիսացող ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում համագործակցությանը և շարունակելու է հետևողական ջանքերը՝ Կազմակերպության շրջանակներում դաշնակցային փոխգործակցության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ու Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան անդրադարձան աշնանը Դուշանբեում նախատեսված ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրական մարմինների նիստերի օրակարգին, ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանի գալիք նախագահությանն առնչվող հարցերին։
Հանդիպմանն արծարծվեցին Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի՝ անցյալ տարեվերջին կայացած նստաշրջանի որոշումների իրականացման ընթացքն ու Կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների միջև արտաքին քաղաքական համադրման հարցեր։
