Երրորդ օրն Է «սեւ երեքշաբթիից» հետո, երբ պայթյուններ տեղի ունեցան Բրյուսելի օդանավակայանում եւ մետրոյում, բայց քաղաքը գործնականում նույն տեսքն ունի, ինչպես եւ նախորդ օրը: Բելգիայի մայրաքաղաքը չի շտապում վերադառնալ կյանքի սովորական ռիթմին. այստեղ նախկինի պես լարված լռություն Է տիրում, որը խախտում են սոսկ ոստիկանական ավտոմեքենաների շչակների ձայները:
Հասարակական տարանսպորտն աշխատում Է գրեթե նույն ռեժիմով, ինչպես եւ երեկ, այսինքն՝ մասնակիորեն:
Քաղաքի գլխավոր կայարանները բաց են, բայց սահմանափակումներով: Օրինակ՝ կայարանի շենքի սովորական մի քանի մուտքերի փոխարեն գործում Է միայն մեկը, ինչի պատճառով, մասնավորապես, գոյանում են մեծ հերթեր: Մետրոյի աշխատանքը վերականգնվում Է Էլ ավելի դանդաղ: 69 կայարաններից բաց են միայն 17-ը: Դեռ ավելին, մետրոյի աշախանքը դադարեցվում Է տեղական ժամանակով արդեն 18:30 – 19:00-ին (Երեւանի ժամանակով 21:30 – 22:00-ին):
Ավտոբուսները, տրամվայները եւ տրոլեյբուսներն աշխատում են ավելի ակտիվ եւ ավելի երկար, բայց նույնպես ոչ լրիվ ռեժիմով:
Մայրաքաղաքի իշխանություններն Էապես ուժեղացրել են քաղաքի անվտանգության միջոցները: Առանձնապես դա զգացվում Է հասարակական տրանսպորտում: Այսպես, մետրոյի կամ կայարանի մուտքին կանգնած են զինվորականներ եւ ոստիկաններ, որոնք ստուգում են բոլոր մարդկանց պայուսակները: Դեռ ավելին, նրանք յուրաքանչուրին խնդրում են հանել վերարկուն կամ բաճկոնը եւ մետաղափնտրիչով ստուգում են մարմինը:
Բրյուսելի կենտրոնում՝ Գրան Պլաս հրապարակից ոչ հեռու, արդեն երրորդ օրն Է՝ շարունակվում Է «Միասնական ենք ատելության դեմ» ակցիան: Կենտրոնի հետիոտոն գոտին վերածվել Է այրվող մոմերի, ծաղիկների, գրությունների, պլակատների գորգի, որոնք այդտեղ են բերում քաղաքի բնակիչներն ու զբոսաշրջիկները: Նույն տեղում մշտապես գտնվում են տեղացի եւ միջազգային բազմաթիվ լրագրողներ՝ խցիկներով, որոնք լուսաբանում են Բրյուսելի կյանքն ահաբեկչական գործողություններից հետո, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
