Ռուսաստանի հետ ինտեգրացիան Հայաստանին բացասական կանխատեսում Է տալիս.«168 ժամ»

Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի առաջնորդողից մի հատված.
««Մուդիսի» կողմից Հայաստանի վարկանիշի իջեցման հետևանքը, իհարկե, բացասական Է այն առումով, որ Հայաստանի վարկունակությունը նվազել Է։ Իջեցվել Է նաև Հայաստանի 2 բանկերի՝ «Արդշինբանկի» և «ՎՏԲ Հայաստան» բանկի վարկանիշը, որը պարզապես հետևանք Է ՀՀ վարկանիշի իջեցման։ Սակայն այս վարկունակությունը Երկարաժամկետ գնահատական Է, ոչ թե՝ այս պահի դրությամբ Է որոշում, այլ՝ ՀՀ պոտենցիալի գնահատականն Է, որտեղ շատ գործոններ են ազդում։ Ի տարբերություն «Մուդիսի»՝ «Ֆիտչը» ՀՀ վարկանիշը վերանայել Էր հունվարին և թողել Էր անփոփոխ՝ 8+։ Այսինքն՝ «Մուդիսը» Հայաստանի դեպքում որոշակի ռիսկեր Է գնահատել, որոնք բացահայտվում են Վրաստանի հետ համեմատելիս»,– մեր թղթակցին ասել Է Մարդկային զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոնի փորձագետ, տնտեսագետ Աշոտ Խուրշուդյանը՝ մենաբանելով «Մուգիս» վարկանրշային հեղինակավոր գործակալության կողմից Հայաստանի թողարկողների և պետական պարտատոմսերի վարկանիշը 833-ից 61 իջեցնելը։
Ըստ նրա՝ Հայաստանն ու Վրաստանն ունեին նույն վարկանիշը, բայց վերանայելով՝ Վրաստանինը թողել են նույնը՝ Ba3 իսկ Հայաստանինն իջեցրել են, թեև Վրաստանի որոշ ցուցանիշեր ՀՀ-ի համեմատ նույնիսկ վատացել են՝ և՛ ազգային արժույթի անկումը, և՛ պարտք/ՀՆԱ հարաբերությունը, և՛ արտաքին առևտրի ցուցանիշները. «Այդտեղ Է, որ երկարաժամկետ գործոններն են ի հայտ գալիս, որովհետև փորձում են գնահատել երկրի տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը, և Վրաստանի դեպքում հստակ նշում են, որ ցուցանիշը չի իջեցվում, քանի որ ակնկալվում Է, որ Խորը և համապարփակ առևտրի համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը ԵՄ-ի հետ մեծ տնտեսական հնարավորություններ Է ընձեռում Վրաստանին, իսկ ՀՀ-ի դեպքում Ռուսաստանի հետ ինտեգրացիան բացասական կանխատեսում Է տալիս։ Այստեղ հենց քաղաքական գործոնն Է երևում, որովհետև ՀՀ տնտեսությունն ուղղակի կախվածության մեջ Է դրվում ՌԴ-ից»»,–գրում է թերթը։
