Տեղատարափ անձրևները և կես ժամ շարունակված սաստիկ կարկուտը հուլիսի լույս 23-ի գիշերը լուրջ վնաս են հասցրել Վրաստանի արևելքի Գուրջանի, Թելավի, Ախմետայի և Քվարելի շրջաններին:
Կախեթի երկրամասի իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչները, որի տարածքում են գտնվում այս շրջանները, հուլիսի 23-ին լրագրողներին հաղորդել են, որ տարերքի հետևանքով տապալվել են տասնյակ ծառեր, ջրածածկ են եղել առաջին հարկերը և հարյուրավոր մասնավոր տների բակերը, վնասվել են տասնյակ տների տանիքները, ոչնչացել է գյուղատնտեսական մշակաբույերի մի մասը, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Տարերքը հանգեցրել է երթևեկության դադարեցման ավտոճանապարհների մի շարք հատվածներում, ճանապարհային ծառայությունների աշխատակիցների ձեռնարկած միջոցների շնորհիվ առավոտյան այդ հատվածներում ավտոմեքենաների երթևեկությունը հաջողվել է վերականգնել: Տեղատարափ անձրևների և կարկուտի հետևանքով վնասվել են էլեկտրահաղորդման մի շարք տեղական գծեր:
