Կենսաթոշակային ֆոնդում 19.2 միլիոն դրամ կուտակելու դեպքում անձը կարող է կենսաթոշակի անցել 55 տարեկանում

Կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգից օգտվող քաղաքացին հնարավորություն կունենա կենսաթոշակի անցել 55 տարեկանում, եթե նա կուտակած լինի բավարար քանակով միջոցներ, որը, ըստ այս պահի հաշվարկների, կազմում է 19.2 միլիոն դրամ:
Տնտեսական լրագրողների ակումբի նախաձեռնած ասուլիսի ժամանակ այս մասին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի արժեթղթերի շուկայի կարգավորման բաժնի պետ Կարեն Հակոբյանը: Նրա խոսքով` Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումից հետո օրենքում կատարված փոփոխությունները նոր հնարավորություններ են ստեղծել համակարգից օգտվողների համար:
ԿԲ ներկայացուցիչը կարևորեց 500 հազար դրամից բարձր աշխատավարձ ստացողների կողմից հատկացումների սահմանափակումը հինգ տոկոսով, այսինքն` այդ աշխատողները ստիպված չեն լինի 25 հազար դրամից ավելի գումար ուղղել կենսաթոշակային ֆոնդին: «Հաջորդ կարևոր կետը միջոցների ամբողջությամբ ժառանագելիության հնարավորությունն է: Օրենքի փոփոխությունից հետո միջոցները ամբողջությամբ կանխիկի ձևով վճարվում են ժառանգին, եթե անձը մահանում է մինչև կենսաթոշակային տարիքի հասնելը: Մյուս փոփոխությունն էլ վերաբերում է երեխայի խնամքի ընթացքում սոցիալական վճարների հնարավորությանը: Եթե նախկին օրենքի համաձայն`կինը, գտնվելով երեխայի խնամքի արձակուրդում, որևէ վճար չէր կատարում, ապա նոր օրենքով երկու տարվա ընթացքում 3000 դրամ վճարում կատարում է գործատուն, 5000 դրամ էլ համաֆինանսավորում է պետությունը, ամսական 8000 դրամ փոխանցվում է տվյալ անձի հաշվին»,-շեշտեց ԿԲ ներկայացուցիչը:
Հաջորդ հնարավորությունը, ըստ Հակոբյանի, 1996 թվականից հետո ծնվածների համար է. պետությունն իր վրա վերցրեց 10 տոկոս հատկացումների իրականացումը երեք տարի ժամկետով` խթանելով աշխատաշուկա մտնող 17-18-ամյա կադրերին: Այս արտոնությունը կգործի մինչև 2017 թվականի հունիսի 1-ը:
«Կառավարության կողմից սահմանվեց ծանր հիվանդությունների ցանկ, որոնցով մինչև 63 տարեկանը հիվանդանալու դեպքում անձը կարող է միջոցները կանխիկի ձևով ստանալ»,-հավելեց Կարեն Հակոբյանը:
