Ականջ մաքրելու փայտիկները կարող են ականջների խցանում առաջացնել՝ մասնագետ

Այսօր հայերի մոտ բավականին շատացել է ականջներում ծծմբային խցանների առաջացումը, եւ դրա հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը նոր մոդան է՝ ականջներն ամեն օր փայտիկներով մաքրելը։ Այս կարծիքին է «Արթմեդ» բժշկական կենտրոնի ԼՕՌ ծառայության ղեկավար Արայիկ Ղարիբյանը։ «Մեր աղգը դարձել է ցուցամոլ ականջ մաքրող՝ այդ փայտիկները որ կան, ամեն օր ականջն են մտցնում», - ասաց նա NEWS.am Medicine-ին։

Ժամանակին, ըստ բժշկի, երբ այդ փայտիկները չկային, տատիկները լուցկու հատիկի վրա բամբակ էին փաթաթում ու այդպես մաքրում թոռնիկների ականջները առավելագույնը երկու ամիսը մեկ անգամ, իսկ լողանալուց հետո ականջների մեջ չորացնում էին սրբիչով։

«Փայտիկները հաճախ ականջի մեջ մտցնելը գրգռում է մաշկը։ Ծծմբային խցանը կեղտ չէ, դա ականջի արտաքին լսողական անցուղու մաշկի արտադրած նյութն է։ Ինչքան հաճախ ենք փայտիկներ օգտագործում, այդքան լսողական անցուղու մաշկը ավելի շատ է գրգռվում, եւ այդ նյութը շատ է արտադրվում ու խցանում ականջը», - ասաց բժիշկը։ Խցանումները մաքրում են լվացումներով, բայց այդ միջամտությունից խուսափելու համար, Ա. Ղարիբյանը խորհուրդ է տալիս այս մի հարցում չլինել այդքան «մաքրասեր» ու հետեւել տատիկների օրինակին։

Բժիշկը նշեց, որ բացի խցանումից հաճախակի հանդիպող ականջային հիվանդություններից է նաեւ օտիտը՝ ականջի բորբոքումը, որը հիմնականում ինֆեկցիաների հետեւանք է լինում։

Պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչու են երեխաների ականջներն ավելի հաճախ բորբոքվում, քան մեծերինը, բժիշկը նշեց, որ դա ականջի անատոմիաով է պայմանավորված՝ երեխաների մոտ Եվստախյան փողը, որը քթըմպանը միացնում է միջին ականջին, ավելի կարճ է լայն ու հորիզոնական դիրք ունի։

«Այդ պատճառով երեխաների մոտ ինֆեկցիան ավելի հեշտ է անցնում քթից դեպի ականջ։ Ցանկացած թեթեւ մրսածություն կամ գրիպ արագ կարող է երեխայի մոտ օտիտ առաջացնել», - ասաց նա։
