Բելգիայում եռօրյա սուգ է սկսվել մարտի 22-ի առավոտյան Բրյուսելի միջազգային օդանավակայանում երկու պայթյունների եւ մետրոյի «Մալբեկ» կայարանում եւս մեկ պայթյունի հետեւանքով զոհվածների հիշատակին: Նախնական տվյալներով՝ զոհվել է 34 մարդ, եւս ավելի քան 230 հոգի վերքեր են ստացել: Այս գիշեր Բրյուսելի կենտրոնի Անսպահ ծառուղում Բորսայի շենքի առջեւ քաղաքի շուրջ երկու հազար բնակիչներ եւ օտարերկրյա զբոսաշրջիկներ են հավաքվել մոմավառության եւ լռելյայն հոգեհանգստի:

«Սա ամենաահավոր ահաբեկչությունն է Բելգիայի պատմության մեջ»,- հայտարարել է թագավորության վարչապետ Շառլ Միշելը:

«Ահաբեկչության այս սպառնալիքին մենք կշարունակենք պատասխանել միասին, հաստատակամորեն, հանգստությամբ եւ արժանապատվությամբ, պահպանելով ինքնավստահությունը, որը մեր ուժն է»,- հայտարարել է բելգիացիների Ֆիլիպ թագավորն ազգին հղած հեռուստաուղերձում:

Ահաբեկչական գործողությունների հետաքննությունը շարունակվում է գիշեր ու ցերեկ, հայտնել է Բելգիայի համերկրային դատախազ Ֆրեդերիկ Վան Լյովը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ոտքի է հանվել բելգիական ոստիկանության ողջ կազմը, ռազմական հետախուզությունը, «Սյուրտե» պետական անվտանգության ծառայությունը:

Դատախազը պաշտոնապես հավաստել է, որ բոլոր պայթյուններն ահաբեկչական գրոհներ էին, բայց ընդգծել է, որ դրանց կապը Փարիզի նոյեմբերի 13-ի ահաբեկչական գործողությունների հետ «դեռ պետք է պարզվի», հավասարապես նաեւ այդ հարձակումներին «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական կազմակերպության առնչությունը, որն ստանձնել է ահաբեկչական գործողությունների պատասխանատվությունը:

Բրյուսելում կատարված ահաբեկչության հետեւանքով տուժել են տարբեր երկրների քաղաքացիներ: Մասնավորապես, տուժածների թվում են ԱՄՆ-ի առնվազն ինը քաղաքացիներ, ներառյալ ռազմաօդային ուժերի մի զինծառայող եւ նրա ընտանիքի հինգ անդամները եւ երեք միսիոներներ՝ Յուտայի նահանգից: Վերքեր են ստացել Սերբիայից երկու զբոսաշրջիկներ: Նրանք այժմ գտնվում են Բելգիայի մայրաքաղաքի հիվանդանոցներից մեկում: Նաեւ տուժել են երեք իտալացիներ, ինչի մասին հայտնել է Բելգիայում Իտալիայի դեսպան Վինչենցո Գրասին:

Երեկոյան աստիճանաբար սկսել են աշխատել երկաթուղային կայարանները, բացառությամբ Օդանավակայան կայարանի, Լյուքսեմբուրգյան կայարանի եւ Եվրաթաղամասի մերձակա «Շուման» կայարանի: Բրյուսելի օդանավակայանն ահաբեկչությունից հետո փակ կմնա առնվազն մինչեւ մարտի 24-ը: ԶԼՄ-ների տվյալներով՝ ոստիկանությունն ավարտել է խուզարկություններն օդանավակայանում, սակայն դրա վերաբացման ստույգ ժամկետը կհայտարարվի ավելի ուշ:

Ինչ վերաբերում է քաղաքային տրանսպորտին, ապա STIB գործարկու ընկերության տվյալներով՝ աստիճանաբար աշխատանքը վերականգնում են քաղաքային մետրոյի չորս ուղեգծերից երկուսը, ինչպես նաեւ տրամվայների եւ քաղաքային ավտոբուսների առանձին երթուղիներ:

Բելգիայի վարչապետ Շառլ Միշելը խոստացել է, որ իշխանությունները «բոլոր ուժերը կգործադրեն երկիրը հնարավորինս արագ բնականոն կյանքին վերադարձնելու համար», հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
