«Հայկական ժամանակ». Իրան–Հայաստան՝ ճնշող լռություն տարածաշրջանային բուռն փոփոխությունների ֆոնին

«Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ հուլիսի 15–ին Վիեննայում կայացած համաձայնությունից երեք օր հետո Իրանի նախագահ Հասան Ռոհանին զանգահարեց Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին և նրա հետ քննարկեց պատժամիջոցների վերացումից հետո Իրան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների հեռանկարը: Դատելով պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններից՝ տեղի է ունեցել բավական բովանդակալից խոսակցաթյուն:
Այս տեղեկատվությունը անհանգստացնող է դառնում այն փաստի ֆոնին, որ Իրանի շուրջ տեղի ունեցած միջազգային համաձայնությունների կայացումից հետո Իրան-Հայաստան բարձր մակարդակի որևէ շփում տեղի չի ունեցել: Սերժ Սարգսյանը չի զանգահալել Հասան Ռոհանիին, վերջինս չի զանգահարել Սերժ Սարգսյանին: Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը Իրանի կառավարության որևէ ներկայացուցչի հետ չի շփվել, իրանցի իրենց գործընկերների հետ շփումներ չեն ունեցել ո՛չ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը և ոչ էլ Ազգային ժոդովի նախագահը:
Ասել, թե սա մեծ ողբերգություն է, չի կարելի, իհարկե: Բայց տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցող բուռն փոփոխությունների ֆոնին հայ–իրանական լռությունը մի տեսակ ճնշող տպավորություն է թողնում: Հայաստանը հերթական անգամ ռազմավարական մրցակցության վիճակում է Թուրքիայի հետ՝ Իրանի վառելիքի արտահանման ուղի դառնալու իմաստով: Բայց որեւէ նշան չկա, որ Հայաստանի իշխանության վերնախավում որեւէ բան անում են այս ուղղությամբ: Այստեղ կարծես էն գլխից հարմարվել են մտայնության հետ, թե որեւէ բան չի ստացվի: Իսկ չստացվեւու ամենամեծ դյատճառն այն է, որ Ռուսաստանը սկզբունքորեն դեմ է, որ իրանական գազը հոսի դեպի Եվրոպա, եւ ուրեմն Հայաստանը այս հարցում չի էլ փորձում որեւէ բան անել: Իսկ սա նշանակում է ռազմավարական ճակատամարտը Թուրքիային տանուլ տալ նույնիսկ առանց մարտի»,–գրում է թերթը։
