Բրյուսելում ստեղծվել են փոխօգնության ցանցեր. մարդիկ, այդ թվում՝ հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչները, սոցիալական ցանցերում բացված հարթակներում ակտիվ հաղորդակցվելով, օգնության են հասնում միմյանց, ավտոմեքենա ունցողները մեքենայով հասնում ու տեղափոխում են մեքենա չունեցողնրին: Այս մասին Բրյուսելից & laquo;Արմենպրես»-ին պատմեց հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչ Մարինե Ստեփանյանը՝ մանրամասնելով, որ հասարակական տրանսպորտի չգործելու պատճառով մարդիկ տեղաշարժման խնդիրներ ունեն և սոցիալական ցանցերում ստեղծված խմբերում հայտնում են իրենց գտնվելու վայրը. նրանց օգնության են հասնում այն մարդիկ, ովքեր ունեն մեքենաներ և տեղաշարժվելու են միևնույն ուղղությամբ: Նա նշեց, որ տեղեկություններ ունեն բոլոր այն հայ ընտանիքներից, ում ճանաչել են Բելգիայում գտնվելու մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում:«Օրվա ընթացքում բոլորը կապ են հաստատել միմյանց հետ ու հÕ �վաստիացել, որ ամեն ինչ կարգին է: Անգամ կարողացել են միմյանց օգնել ավագ դասարաններում սովորող իրենց երեխաներին դպրոցներից տուն տեղափոխելու հարցում: Կրտսեր դասարանցիներին և մանկապարտեզների սաներին ծնողները կարողացել են վերցնել միայն անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթերով, սակայն ավագ դպրոցներից երեխաներին տեղափոխելու հարցում աշխատել է փոխօգնության սկզբունքը. ծնողներից մեկը դպրոցից վերցրել ու իր մոտ է պահել մի քանի երեխաների մինչև ծնողները կարողացել են ազատվել աշխատանքից և տանել իրենց երեխաներին»,- պատմեց Մարինե Ստեփանյանը:

Դպրոցներում երեխաներին ուտելիք են բաժանել, քանի որ թույլ չեն տվել նրանց դուրս գալ ոչ մի դասամիջոցի: Ամեն դեպքում, Ստեփանյանի փոխանցմամբ, հայկական համայնքում, չնայած իրավիճակից բխող վախի զգացմանը, երկրում հայտարարված եռօրյա սգին, տխրությանն ու ափսոսանքի զգացմանը, խուճապ չկա: Մարդիկ գիտեն, որ հաջորդ օրերին կյանքը պետք է շարունակվի բնականոն հունով, գործելու են դպրոցներն ու մանկապարտեզները: Հայկական համայնքը պատրաստ է, որպես Բելգիայի օրինավոր քաղաքացիներ, ցուցաբերել միասնականություն պահպանել հանդարտություն ու լայնախոհություն:  

Մարտի 22-ի առավոտյան երկու պայթյուն Է որոտացել Բրյուսելի օդանավակայանում: Երկրի իշխանությունները գտնում են, որպայթուցիկ սարքերից մեկը կարող Էր գործի դնել մահապարտ ահաբեկիչը: Երրորդ պայթունը որոտացել Է մետրոյի «Մալբեկ»կայարանում՝ գնացքի վագոնում: Ահաբեկչական գործողությունների հետեւանքով զոհվել Է առնվազն 34 մարդ, վնասվածքներ ենստացել եւս գրեթե 200-ը: Բելգիայի վարչապետ Շառլ Միշելը պայթյունները որակել Է ահաբեկչական գործողություններ:Բրյուսելում կատարված ահաբեկչական գործողւթյունների պատասխանատվությունն ստանձնել Է «Իսլամական պետություն»ահաբեկչական խմբավորումը: Բելգիայում պահպանվում է տագնապի չորրորդ աստիճանը: Դադարեցվել էր հասարակական տրանսպորտի աշխատանքը, Բրյուսելի օդանավակայանը հետաձգել էր բոլոր չվերթները:

Բելգիայի Թագավորությունում Հայաստանի դեսպանությունը բելգիական կողմի հետ ճշտում է` արդյոք ահաբեկչության զոհերի ևվիրավորների շրջանում կան ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ կամ հայազգի անձինք: Դեսպանությունը մշտական կապ է պահպանում Բելգիայիկառավարության համապատասխան օղակների հետ` հետագա իրավիճակը պարզելու նպատակով:
