Ֆինանսական ներգրավվածության միությունն աշխատանքային հանդիպումներ է անցկացնում Հայաստանում

 ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի Դիլիջանի ուսումնահետազոտական կենտրոնում մարտի 21-ին  մեկնարկել են Ֆինանսական ներգրավվածության միության (Alliance for Financial Inclusion, AFI) Սպառողների հզորացման  և շուկայի վարվելակերպի (Consumer Empowerment and Market Conduct Working Group) և Թվային ֆինանսական ծառայությունների (Digital Financial Services Working Group) աշխատանքային խմբերի հանդիպումները, որոնք կազմակերպվել են ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի և Ֆինանսական ներգրավվածության միության կողմից: Հանդիպումները շարունակվելու են մինչև մարտի 25-ը:

Կենտրոնական բանկը, երկար տարիներ հանդիսանալով Ֆինանսական ներգրավվածության միության ակտիվ անդամ, այս տարի առաջին անգամ հյուրընկալում է նմանատիպ մասշտաբային միջազգային միջոցառում, որին ներկա են միության անդամ մոտ 100 ներկայացուցիչներ՝ շուրջ 40 զարգացող երկրներից:  

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին կենտրոնական բանկի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, աշխատանքային հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվելու են ֆինանսական ներգրավվածության ներկայիս միտումներն ու առաջխաղացման հնարավորությունները, ներկայացվելու են ֆինանսական ոլորտում վարքագծային հետազոտության նոր մոտեցումների կիրառման հնարավորություններն առավել մատչելի և հասանելի ֆինանսական ծառայությունների ներդրման ուղղությամբ:

Ֆինանսական ներգրավվածության միությունը ֆինանսական ներգրավվածության միջազգային ասպարեզի առաջատարկառույցներից է: Միության կողմից իրականացված նախագծերը (անդամակցության հուշագրերի ու աշխատանքային խմբերի)ֆինանսական ծառայությունների ներգրավվածության ու ֆինանսական միջնորդության խորացման լրացուցիչ նախադրյալներ ենստեղծել անդամ երկրների համար: 

Կենտրոնական բանկը 2011թ. փետրվարի 8-ից անդամակցում է Ֆինանսական ներգրավվածության միությանը, որը, իթիվս միջազգային այլ կառույցների, բարձր է գնահատում Կենտրոնական բանկի հետ առկա գործակցությունը:

Կենտրոնական բանկը նախագահում է միության` Սպառողների հզորացման և շուկայի  վարվելակերպի աշխատանքային խումբը, անդամակցում Թվային ֆինանսական  ծառայությունների աշխատանքային խմբին:  

 Նախատեսվում է շարունակել գործակցությունը ֆինանսական ներգրավվածության այլ ոլորտներում ևս:
