Ֆիզիոլոգիական պատճառներ

Եթե մատների ծայրերը մշտապես սառն են, պատճառը կարող են ֆիզիոլոգիական առաձնահատկությունները լինել:

Արյան շրջանառության խանգարումը ձեռքի մատների սառնության առավել տարածված պատճառներից է: Կան մարդիկ, որոնց վերջույթներում ի ծնե արյունը դանդաղ է շրջանառվում: Միաժամաակ, արյան վատ շրջանառությունը կարող է կապված լինել նաև որոշ հիվանդությունների՝ խոլեստերինի բարձր մակարդակի, սրտի հիվանդությունների և այլնի հետ:

Ցածր ճնշում: Ձեռքերը տաք պահեք, իսկ ձմեռը պարտադիր ձեռնոց կրեք:

Սթրեսներ: Սթրեսի ժամանակ արյան մեջ ընկնում է մեծ քանակությամբ ադրենալին, ինչի հետևանքով ձեռքի մատները սառչում են: Որպես կանոն, սթրեսից հետո ձեռքերը տաքանում են:

Ծխել: Նիկոտինը անոթները նեղացնող հատկություն ունի. դրան առաջինը արձագանքում են վերջույթների փոքր անոթները:
