ԵԱՀԿ-ում Գերմանիայի նախագահության հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Գերնոթ Էրլերը և Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Պիեր Անդրյուն (Ֆրանսիա) ու Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը (ԱՄՆ) վերահաստատել են իրենց հանձնառությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ բանակցային կարգավորման հարցում: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից` տրամադրելով նրանց տարածած հայտարարությունը:

«Խաղաղության գործընթացում առաջընթաց գրանցելու համար կարևոր է, որ կողմերը ձեռնարկեն բոլոր միջոցները` հանուն բռնությունից խուսափելու, մասնավորապես այն բռնությունից, որն անդրադառնում է շփման գծում և հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին բնակվող քաղաքացիական բնակչության վրա: Այս առնչությամբ մենք աջակցում ենք ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկի հայտարարությանը, որով կոչ էր արվում կողմերին խստորեն հարգել հրադադարի ռեժիմը Նովրուզի տոնակատարության և Սուրբ Զատկի ժամանակ: Մենք հորդորում ենք կողմերին ստեղծել համապատասխան պայմաններ տարածաշրջանի բնակչության համար` նշելու տոները խաղաղության մեջ»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:

Դրա հեղիակներն ընդգծել են, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ում Գերմանիայի նախագահությամբ կշարունակեն աշխատել հակամարտող կողմերի հետ խնդրի կարգավորման տարրերի շուրջ` նվազեցնելու բռնության ռիսկերը և իրականացնելու ծրագրեր, որոնք կնպաստեն ժողովուրդների միջև անմիջական շփմանը:
