Վազգեն Ղազարյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Պուտինը խիստ պրագմատիկ ու ռեալիստ քաղաքական գործիչ է, ով առնվազն արտաքին քաղաքականությունում բացարձակ գերակայություն է տալիս «ազգային շահ» ասվածին։ Ընդ որում, որքան էլ դա տարօրինակ հնչի, ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի շահին։

Որքան հասկանում եմ, Պուտինյան Ռուսաստանը անցյալում է թողել «եղբայրական հարաբերություններ» ասվածը, դարձնելով այն զուտ գեղեցիկ ու անբովանդակ բառակապակցություն, որը հաճախ արտաբերում են երեսպաաշտական ճառերում։ Փոխարենը, գերակա նշանակություն է տրվում ողջամիտ ու մրցակցային համագործակցության վրա և նրանք, ովքեր արդար են խաղում ու թեկուզ երբեմն կոշտ, բայց պայքարում են իրենց ազգային շահի համար, միշտ ավելի շատ են ստանում ռուսներից, քան այն երկրները, որտեղ դեռ խորհրդային կատեգորիաներով են առաջնորդվում ու սա վերաբերում է նաև մեզ։

Չեմ ասում, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ պետք է առճակատման գնալ ու առավել ևս կտրականպես դեմ կլինեմ, եթե Հայաստանում էլ լինի այնպիսի հակառուսականություն, ինչպես դա Բալթյան երկրներում է, Վրաստանում, Մոլդավայում և իհարկե Ուկրաինայում։ Ո՛չ, դա պարզապես կործանարար հիմարություն կլինի մեր կողմից։

Սակայն մենք պետք է փոխենք մեր շփման լեզուն ու հարաբերվենք Ռուսաստանի հետ, ինչպես դա անում է օրինակ՝ Բելառուսը, կամ էլ Ղազախստանը, կամ էլ ինչո՞ւ ոչ, գոնե Ղրղզստանի ու Տաջիկստանի չափ։ Մի՞թե նրանց կախվածությունը Ռուսաստանից պակաս է քան մերը։ Մի՞թե Ռուսաստանը նրանց անվտանգության հարցում նույնքան վճռորոշ, եթե չասեմ ավելի վճռորոշ դերակատարություն ունի քան մեզ։

Այդ դեպքում, ի՞նչն է մեզ խանգարում հլու-հնազանդ և խոսքի իրավունք չունեցող ծառա լինելու փոխարեն, դառնալ եթե ոչ հավասարազոր, ապա գոնե կրտսեր գործընկեր, ով ունի սեփական շահեր ու պատրաստ է պայքարել հանուն դրանց։ Վստահ եղեք, նման քաղաքականության դեպքում, Ռուսաստանի վերաբերմունքն էլ ժամանակի ընթացքում կփոխվի դեպի էլ ավելի գործնական լավը, ինքնագնահատականներս էլ տեղը կլինի։
