Դեղնած ատամները սպիտակեցնող խոտաբույսեր

Ատամների ճիշտ խնամքի համար անհրաժեշտ է ատամները կանոնավոր կերպով մաքուր և սպիտակ պահել: Երանգավորված ատամները կարող են լինել վատ հիգիենայի, ժառանգական գործոնների, վարակների և ոչ ճիշտ նյութափոխանակության հետևանք:

Ատամների սպիտակեցման համար անհրաժեշտ բնական շատ բաղադրիչներ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կան ձեր խոհանոցում կամ բժշկական տուփում: Դրանք շատ մատչելի և հասանելի են բոլորին:  Խնամքից և լավ մաքրելուց բացի, կան սովորություններ, որոնք ևս ատամների դեղնելու պատճառ են հանդիսանում՝ չափազանց շատ սուրճը, թեյը, ծխախոտը: Ահա  այն խոտաբույսերը, որոնք կօգնեն  սպիտակեցնել ատամները:

1. Մատուտակի արմատ: Հիմնականում աֆրիկացիներն են այս խոտաբույսն օգտագործում ատամները սպիտակեցնելու համար: Պարզապես պետք է ծամել չոր արմատի մի փոքր կտոր:

2. Ձիթապտուղ: Քունջութ: Կոկոսի յուղ: Ատամները սպիտակեցնող այս  միջոցի համար անհրաժեշտ է 1 գդալ ձեթ, քունջութ կամ կոկոսի յուղ, այս ամենը խառնել միմյանց և ստացված զանգվածով ողողում անել: Պետք է կրկնել  ամեն օր՝ արթնանալուց 15-20 րոպե հետո:

3. Ռեհան: Ռեհանի տերևներն ունեն սպիտակեցնող հատկություն և կարող են օգտագործվել դեղնած ատամները բուժելու համար:  Ռեհանը օգնում է կանխել պարոդոնտիտը:  Պետք է ռեհանի տերևները չորացնել, իսկ հետո աղալ կամ էլ փշրել, ստացված  փոշին խառնել ատամի մածուկին  և օգտագործել` լվանալով ատամները:

4. Նարնջի կեղև և դափնու տերևներ: Ատամների սպիտակեցման լավագույն  տնային միջոցներից մեկը նարնջի կեղևի և դափնու տերևների  համադրությունն է:  Վերցնել նարնջի կեղևի մի քանի կտորներ և արևի տակ չորացնելուց հետո աղալ: Նույնն անել ռեհանի տերևների հետ և հավասար քանակությամբ խառնել դափնու տերևի, նարնջի կեղևի փոշին:

5. Քրքումի փոշի: Քրքումը նույնպես հրաշալի միջոց է ատամների սպիտակեցման համար: Քրքումի աղացած  փոշուն ավելացնել  փոքր-ինչ կերակրի աղ և լայմի հյութ: Ատամի խոզանակի միջոցով օգտագործեք այս բուսական մածուկը՝ դրանով լվանալով ատամները: Մեկ շաբաթ օգտագործելով՝ կունենաք մաքուր և սպիտակ ատամներ: Կրկնեք շաբաթը 3 անգամ և հիանալի արդյունքի կհասնեք:

6. Դափնու տերևներ: Վերցրեք դափնու չոր տերևները, փշրեք և խառնելով  նարնջի կեղևի փոշու հետ՝ օգտագործեք ատամները մաքրելու  համար: Ցիտրուսային մրգերը դրական ազդեցություն ունեն  ատամների համար, սակայն դրանց  չափից շատ քանակը կարող է վնասել ատամի էմալը: Այնպես որ, շաբաթը 3 անգամը բավական կլինի:

7. Բանյան ծառի արմատներ: Այս արմատները պարունակում են սպիտակեցնող  տտիպ հյութեր, որոնք ատամները սպիտակ և առողջ են պահում: Մինչ օգտագործելը՝ պետք է լավ լվանալ ատամները:
