Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեն 59 տոկոսով նվազել է

Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեի ծախսերը 2016 թվականի հունվարին կազմել են 516 մլն մանաթ, ինչը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ 59 տոկոսով ցածր է: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ազադլըգ» թերթը հայտնում է, որ այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ադրբեջանցի հայտնի տնտեսագետ Նեմաթ Ալիեւը:
Ըստ նրա` 2015 թվականի հունվարին Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեից ծախսը կազմել էր 1 մլրդ 263 մլն մանաթ: Նեմաթ Ալիեւը հայտնել է, որ 2016 թվականի հունվարին, անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ, 20 տոկոսով նվազել են նաեւ Պետբյուջեի եկամուտները:
«Իրավիճակը սպասվածից շատ ծանր է: ՀՆԱ-ն, կապիտալ ներդրումները, բնակչության դրամական եկամուտները եւ այլ նման մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշներ զգալիորեն վատացել են», -նշել է նա:
Տնտեսագետը համաքաղաքացիներին կոչ է արել անցնել խորը խնայողությունների` համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ իշխանությունների կողմից տարվող տնտեսական քաղաքականության վերջը երկրի սնանկացումն է:
Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը 2016 թվականի փետրվարին ուղղումներ է մտցրել ընթացիկ տարվա համար հաստատված պետբյուջեում: Նավթի մեկ բարելի գինը 50 դոլարի փոխարեն, նախատեսվել է 25 դոլար: Պետբյուջեի եկամուտները նախատեսվել են 16 մլրդ 822 մլն մանաթ, ծախսերը` 18 մլրդ 495 մլն մանաթ, դեֆիցիտը` 1 մլրդ 673 մլն մանաթ: Ադրբեջանական կառավարությունը բյուջեի դեֆիցիտը նախատեսում է ծածկել տարաբնույթ հարկերի եւ անցյալ տարվանից մնացած մնացորդի հաշվին: Ենթադրվում է, որ պետբյուջեի 45,3 տոկոս եկամուտային մասը կապահովի Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային հիմնադրամը, իսկ մնացած մասը` այլ աղբյուրներ:
