«Տնտեսական դոմինոյի բացասական էֆեկտ»-ի վտանգը

Համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը կանգնած է նոր մարտահրավերների առաջ: Հաճախ, տնտեսական առաջատար պետություններում ստեղծվող ոչ բարենպաստ իրավիճակը ազդում է բազմաթիվ այլ երկրների վրա, և փաստացի ամբողջ ֆինանսական և տնտեսական համակարգում բերում անցանկալի հետևանքներ: Սա այլ կերպ կարելի է անվանել «Տնտեսական դոմինոյի բացասական էֆեկտ»:

Համաշխարհային տնտեսական կառույցները չեն կարողանում գալ ընդանուր կոնսոլիդացիայի: ԱՄՆ-ի Դաշնային պահուստային համակարգի դրամավարկային խիստ քաղաքականությանը հակառակ ԵԿԲ-ն և Ճապոնիայի ԿԲ-ն ավելի են ընդարձակում իրենց դրամավարկային քաղաքականությունը: Փաստացի դա կարող է լուրջ տատանումներ առաջացնել արժութային շուկաներում:

Այս պահի դրությամբ բազային տոկոսադրույքը չի բարձրացել, ինչը իհարկե դրական է, սակայն ոչ մեկ չի կարող երաշխավորել, որ բարձրացում չի լինի:

Գլոբալ առումով, լավագույն միջոցը համաշխարհային տնտեսության համար ներկայիս տոկոսադրույքների պահպանումն է երկարաժամկետում: Այլ երկու դեպքերում կստեղծվի հակասական իրավիճակ, քանի որ դոլարի ուժեղացման դեպքում գնանկման դրական գործոնին կհակազդի կապիտալի ներհոսքի նվազեցումը: Թույլ դոլարը կխթանի համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը, ինչին և ձգտում են համաշխարհային տնտեսական գիգանտները:

«Դոմինոյի» առաջին քարը, սակայն, կարող է և ԱՄՆ-ն չլինել: ԵՄ-ի և այլ առաջատար տնտեսությունների վատթարացումը կարող է լրջորեն վնասել ԱՄՆ տնտեսությանը:

Ամեն դեպքում բացասական ալիքներից խուսափել դժվար կլինի: Հուսանք, որ ազդեցությունը կլինի հնարավորինս մինիմալ:
