Հարութ Ուլոյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ես չգիտեմ, թե "ինստիտուցիոնալները" ում են ձեռ առնում, կամ էդ ձեռ առնելը որքանով ա հաջողվում, բայց ինչքա՞ն կարելի ա էդ կռուտիտի քաղաքականությունը առաջ տանել:

1. Սահմանադրական հանրաքվեից առաջ, գլխավոր "ինստիտուցիոնալը", Սիվլնեթի տաղավարում, մեկնաբանելով հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավի ժամանակ իրենց պասիվության հարցը, ընդդիմությունների կողմից ժողովրդին ակտիվացնելու փորձերը համեմատելով "նստած ակումուլյատրին խոդի գցելու" հետ, հայտարարում էր, թե չի կարելի տարին մի քանի անգամ խոդի գցել այդ ակումուլյատորը, այլ պետք սպասել, որ որոշ ժամանակ գոնե անցնի:

Հիմա ի՞նչ, այս 3 ամսում անցե՞լ ա այդ ժամանակը, որ Հրազդանում փորձում եք խոդի գցել տեղի ժողովրդին:

2. Նույն հարցազրույցի ժամանակ, բազմաթիվ այլ "ուշագրավ" հայտարարությունների հետ մեկտեղ, հստակ հայտարարվեց նաև, որ "ինստիտուցոնալները" համարում են, որ քանի դեռ չի ձևավորվել "ինստիտուցիոնալ" ընդդիմություն, այս երկրում իշխանափոխություն տեղի չի ունենալու: Ավելին, որ քանի դեռ դու չես կարողանում ընտնրողի ձայնը "պահել", չպետք ա նրանից ձայն խնդրես:

Հիմա ի՞նչ, 3 ամիս առաջ ձևավորված չէր այդ "ինստիտուցիոնալ" ըննդիմությունը, իսկ հիմա ձևավորվել ա՞, որ արդեն Հրազդանում տեղի ընտրողների ձայներն եք խնդրում` արդյունքում խոստանալով տեղային իշխանափոխություն: Եթե ձևավորվել ա այդ "ինստիտուցիոնալ" ընդդիմությունը, բա էլ խի՞ եք այլ կուսակցության հանձնաժողովների անդամների աջակցությունը խնդրում: Դուք ձեր վստահված անձանց միջոցով պահեք այդ "ձայները": Իսկ եթե դեռ չի ձևավորվել, բա էլ ի՞նչ միջոցներով եք պատրաստվում "խոդի գցել" տեղի բնակչության ակումուլկատորները, բա որ վերջնականապես շարքից դուրս գան, ո՞վ ա պատասխանատվություն կրելու:
