Գաղտնիք չէ, որ ինովացիաները ՀՀ-ում ունեն զարգանալու դրական միտում: Վերջին տարիներին տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների արձանագրած ցուցանիշները մեր երկրում խոսում են այն մասին, որ Հայաստանը մոտ ապագայում կարող է լուրջ ինովացիոն կենտրոն դառնալ:
Պետության ռազմավարությունը բաշխման առումով շատ արդյունավետ է: Չկա մայրաքաղաքային մենաշնորհ, և տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոններ բացվում են նաև մարզերում: Այս դեպքում կխոսենք Վանաձորի և Գյումրիի մասին:
Այս տարվա համար նախատեսված զարգացման ծրագրով մարզային կենտրոնները կթարմացվեն:
Տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանները կարող են լուծել մարզերում առկա սոցիալ-տնտեսական մի շարք խնդիրներ: Մարզերի դերի բարձրացումը պետության օրակարգային խնդիրներից է: Անհամաչափության դեմ պայքարը արդյունավետ է հենց նման լուծումներով:
Գլոբալ առումով այս քաղաքականությունը կարող է դրական ազդեցություն ունենալ երկրի տնտեսական աճի ցուցանիշի վրա:
Այսպիսով, Գյումրիում առկա են 23 տեղական և օտարերկրյա կազմակերպություններ: Ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում ստեղծվել են 120 նոր աշխատատեղեր:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Վանաձորին, ապա այստեղ այս տարի նախատեսվում է վերապատրաստել և պատրաստել առնվազն 100 տեխնոլոգիական մասնագետների:
