Առաջին հայացքից սա սովորական եկեղեցի է հիշեցնում։ Եվ իրոք այդպես է։ Շինությունը կառուցվել է 19–րդ դարում և ժամանակին պատկանել է Եպիսկոպոսական եկեղեցուն։ Սուրբ Հաղորդության տաճարը կառուցվել է նեոգոթական ոճով և անգլիական ոչ մեծ միջնադարյան տաճար է հիշեցնում։
Սա նույն եկեղեցին է ներսից, 1901 թ.–ին։
Բայց ահա, 1970–ականներին Նյու Յորքը ցնցած ճգնաժամն անդրադարձավ նաև հավատացյալների վրա։ Քաղաքը գնալով դատարկվում էր և երբեմնի նորաձև թաղամասը, որտեղ գտնվում էր նաև եկեղեցին, դարձավ թմրամոլների և հարբեցողների հավաքատեղի։ Մնացած հավատացյալները սկսեցին հաճախել ուրիշ եկեղեցի և 1982 թ.–ին, արդեն լքված կառույցը վաճառվեց 1,5 միլիոն դոլարով։ Դրանից հետո այն ևս մի քանի սեփականատեր փոխեց և 2010 թ–ին ստացավ այս վերջնական տեսքը։ Այն, ինչ ներսում է, մենք դրանց բուտիկներ ենք ասում։ Չնայած, որ ներս ամբողջությամբ ձևափոխված է, բայց միևնույնն է, անհամատեղելի ինտերյերն իրեն զգացնել է տալիս։ Համոզվեք ինքներ
