Ինչո՞վ է օգտակար եւ վնասակար աղը

Աղը բնական հանքային նյութ է։ Վկայություններ կան, որ աղը հայտնաբերվել է դեռեւս մ.թ.ա. 3-4 հազարամյակում Լիբիայում: Աղ ստանում են ծովի ջրից, ինչպես նաեւ հանում են երկրի ընդերքից։
Հավանաբար, շատ քիչ մթերքներ կան, որոնք անփոխարինելի են մարդու համար։ Դրանից մեկն էլ աղն է, որը ցանկացած խոհանոցի անբաժանելի մասն է կազմում, քանի որ առանց աղի ոչ մի համեղ ու անուշաբույր ուտեստ չես կարող պատրաստել (իհարկե, բացառությամբ քաղցրեղենի)։
Պետք է նշել, որ տաբեր ժամանակաշրջաններում աղին տարբեր կերպ են «վերաբերել»։Հնագույն ժամանակներում այն մի շարք այլ համեմունքների հետ միասին բավականին թանկարժեք նյութ է եղել։ Իսկ այժմ գիտնականները փորձում են ապացուցել, որ աղը վնասակար է մեր օրգանիզմի համար եւ այն անվանում «սպիտակ մահ»։
Նախ եւ առաջ չպետք է մոռանալ, որ աղն օգտագործում են պատրաստելիս, մթերքները տեւական ժամանակ պահելիս՝ որպես կոնսերվանտ։ Բացի այդ, աղն իսկապես մեզ անհրաժեշտ է օրգանիզմի նորմալ կենսագործունեության համար, քանի որ մեր օրգանիզմը ունակ չէ միայնակ արտադրել այս նյութը եւ պետք է դրսից ստանա դրա որոշակի, անհրաժեշտ քանակությունը։ Աղի պակասը կարող է առողջական մի շարք խնդիրներ ի հայտ բերել՝ թթվածնի եւ օգտակար նյութերի մատակարարման խանգարումներ, նյարդային ազդակների փոխանցման խնդիրներ, հնարավոր է նաեւ արյան ճնշման նվազում եւ երիկամների աշխատանքի խաթարում։
Սակայն մյուս կողմից պետք չէ նաեւ գերագնահատել եւ չափից շատ օգտագործել աղը, քանի որ այն կարող է նաեւ վնասակար ազդեցություն ունենալ օրգանիզմի վրա։ Չարաշահելով աղի օգտագործումը՝ օրգանիզմում հավելյալ աղ է կուտակվում, ինչից նստվածք է առաջանում հոդերում, արյան անոթների պատերին, եւ այն մի շարք հիվանդությունների առաջացման պատճառ է դառնում։
Հետեւաբար, աղը պետք է չափավոր օգտագործել՝ օրական 15գր.։
