Վաստակավոր շինարարներին կհաջորդեն ժողովրդական միջատաբանները

Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ԱԺ հերթական քառօրյան ավարտին է մոտենում՝ հերթական անգամ առանձնանալով իր քննարկումներով: Պառլամենտում քննարկվեց «ՀՀ պետական պարգևների և պատվավոր կոչումների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին հարցը:
Քաղաքաշինության նախարար Նարեկ Սարգսյանին դիմելով՝ Ալիկ Արզումանյանն ասաց, որ կոչում շնորհելը ԽՍՀՄ-ից մնացած ատավիզմ է: «Չեմ կարծում, թե եվրոպական երկրներում փայլուն կոթողներ կառուցողներն ունեն Ֆրանսիայի, Իսպանիայի պատվավոր շինարարի կոչում»,- ասաց Արզումանյանը և հավելեց, որ իր համար այս կոչումներն անընդունելի են: Նախարար Սարգսյանը համաձայնեց, որ շատ երկրներում կոչումներ չեն շնորհում, այլ՝ շքանշաններ և մեդալներ: «Որոշ ժամանակ անց այստեղ կգա գյուղատնտեսության նախարարը և կասի, որ ժողովրդական գյուղատնտես կա, իսկ մելիորատոր չկա, իսկ ՌԴ-ում դա գործում է: Այսինքն, այս աբսուրդը մենք գնալով խորացնում ենք:
Էս աբսուրդից ինչ-որ մի տեղ մեկը պետք է, որ այդ օղակը կոտրի: Կուզեի, որ դուք առաջինը լինեք»,- հավելեց Արզումանյանը: Նախարարը պատասխանեց՝ հույս ունեմ, քանի որ շինարարի որդի եք, կպաշտպանեք սա: Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը քաղցրացրեց կենացները. «Չեմ հասկանում նախաձեռնության մոտիվացիան, Էս ամեն ինչից սովետիզմի շատ տգեղ հոտ է գալիս: Եթե վաստակավորի կոչում չտվեցին, ինքը վա՞տ պիտի աշխատի: Միանանք այս անախրոնիզմը, սովետիզմը վերացնենք, այս կոչումները, որոնցից նավթալինի հոտ է գալիս եւ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհում մենք ծիծաղի առարկա կդառնանք, անհարմար է: Առաջարկում եմ վաստակավորի կոչում շնորհել նաև միջատաբաններին, քանի որ նրանք նույնպես գիտական լուրջ ավանդ են ունենում»:
