Ընդլայնվեց մատչելի բնակարան ձեռք բերող երիտասարդ ընտանիքների շրջանակը

Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ըստ կառավարության որոշման՝ ավելացել է Ծրագրի պոտենցիալ շահառու երիտասարդ ընտանիքների տարիքային սահմանափակման առավելագույն շեմը. ամուսինների գումարային տարիքի առավելագույն շեմը ներկայիս 60-ից դարձել է 65 տարեկան: Դա հնարավորություն կընձեռի Ծրագրում ընդգրկելու ավելի մեծ թվով երիտասարդ ընտանիքների:
Ավելացել է նաև Ծրագրով ձեռքբերվելիք բնակարանների առավելագույն արժեքը՝ ներկայիս 16 մլն դրամի փոխարեն սահմանվել է 25 մլն դրամ, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա շահառու երիտասարդ ընտանիքներին ունենալ բնակարանի ընտրության ավելի մեծ հնարավորություն: Նվազեցվել է Երևան քաղաքում տրամադրվող հիփոթեքային վարկերի կանխավճարի նվազագույն չափը:
Ավելացվել է ձեռքբերվելիք բնակարանների համար տրամադրվող հիփոթեքային վարկերի առավելագույն գումարը. ներկայիս 11,2 մլն դրամը դարձվել է 17,5 մլն դրամ (ձեռքբերվող բնակարանի արժեքի 70%-ը):
Մեկ այլ որոշմամբ գործադիրը սահմանեց աղետի գոտում պետական աջակցությամբ կառուցված և հատկացված բնակարանների նկատմամբ նվիրատվության պայմանագրերի կնքման վերջնաժամկետը:
Ծրագրով Գյումրի և Սպիտակ քաղաքներում կառուցվել և հատկացվել է 2990 բնակարան, սակայն նվիրատվության պայմանագիր է կնքվել ընդամենը 2117-ի հետ: Դեռևս խնդիր է մնում ապահովել մնացած 873 բնակարանի նվիրատվության պայմանագրերի կնքման և սեփականության իրավունքի գրանցման գործընթացը:
Եվ քանի որ բնակարան ստացած ընտանիքները հիմնականում չեն կատարում իրենց զբաղեցված ժամանակավոր կացարանի ազատման հանդիպական պարտավորությունը, վերջնաժամկետ սահմանվեց ընթացիկ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 1-ը, որից հետո գույքը կնվիրաբերվի համայքներին:
