Մարտի 28-ը հայտարարվեց ոչ աշխատանքային

ՀՀ կառավարությունը Սուրբ Հարության տոնին (Զատիկ) հաջորդող մեռելոցի օրը՝ մարտի 28-ի աշխատանքային օրը տեղափոխեց ապրիլի 2: ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ եկեղեցական օրացույցով նախատեսվում է տարվա ընթացքում հինգ օր, որոնք վերաբերում են ննջեցյալների հիշատակի հարգմանը: «Բանն այն է, որ թեև հինգն է, մեզանում առավել տարածվածը երեքն են: Դրանցից մեկը պետականորեն օրենքի ուժով համարվում է ոչ աշխատանքային, դա հունվարի յոթն է, բայց երկու այլ օր էլ գոյություն ունի, երբ ավանդույթի համաձայն, մարդիկ այցելում են գերեզմաններ: Այս տարի Սուրբ Հարության տոնը մարտի 27-ին է, և դրա հաջորդ օրը՝ մարտի 28-ը, ավանդական օրերից մեկն է, այդ իսկ պատճառով այդ աշխատանքային օրը առաջարկվում է տեղափոխել ապրիլի 2, և մարտի 28-ը հայտարարել ոչ աշխատանքային: Դրա փոխարեն կաշխատենք ապրիլի 2-ին»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը:
Նա հիշեցրեց, որ ՀՀ վարչապետը հանձնարարել է Տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին օրենքում փոփոխությունների նախագիծ մշակել և տեղեկացրեց, որ այն արդեն պատրաստ է: Շուտով այն կներկայացվի բոլոր գերատեսչություններին, որպեսզի ընդհանուր կարծիք հայտնեն: «Բուն գաղափարը սա է. որոշ տոներ, որոնք սկզբունքորեն նաև ոչ անցյալում ոչ աշխատանքային են եղել, պատրաստ ենք դրանք դարձնել աշխատանքային, որոշ նոր տոներ առաջարկելու ենք դարձնել ոչ աշխատանքային: Նպատակը նաև այն է, որ միգուցե տարվա ընթացքում մարդիկ ունենան ավելի երկար շաբաթվա վերջ՝ long weekend: Այս փոփոխության հաշվին ունենք երկու դեպք, երբ ուրբաթ և երկուշաբթի օրերը ոչ աշխատանքային կլինեն, ինչը հնարավորություն կստեղծի ունենալ չորս ոչ աշխատանքյաին օր: Ինչը համարում ենք շատ կարևոր»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ մի շարք այլ նորմածություններ ևս կներկայացնեն շուտով:
