Ուժեղ գլխացավ
Եթե դուք հաճախակի զգում եք ուժեղ, հանկարծակի գլխացավ, ապա սա բժշկի դիմելու ահազանգ է: Եթե մրսածություն ունեք, ապա այդպիսի ցավը կարող է լինել քթանցքների բորբոքման մասին զգուշացում: Իսկ եթե հիվանդ չեք, ապա այդպիսի սուր գլխացավը կարող է լինել ինսուլտի կամ գլխուղեղի ուռուցքի նշան:
Ցավ կամ տհաճ զգացողություն կրծքի, կոկորդի, ծնոտի, ուսի, ձեռքի կամ փորի շրջանում
Կրծքի շրջանում ցավը սրտի կաթվածի ահազանգ է, սակայն, որպես կանոն, դուք ոչ թե ցավ եք զգում, այլ տհաճ զգացողություն: Սրտի հիվանդությունները կարող են առաջանալ ոչ միայն կրծքի ցավերի դեպքում: Որպես կանոն, ցավը տարածվում է նաև կրծքից վերև գտնվող հատվածի, կոկորդի, ներքևի ծնոտի, ձախ ուսի կամ ձեռքի, ինչպես նաև փորի շրջանում (հնարավոր է սրտխառնոց):
Կանայք հատկապես պետք է ուշադիր լինեն իրենց օրգանիզմի նկատմամբ դաշտանադադարի ժամանակաշրջանում, իսկ տղամարդիկ՝ 50 տարեկանից հետո: Սա այն տարիքն է, երբ մեծանում է սրտի կաթվածի առաջացման հավանականությունը:
Ցավեր մեջքի ներքևի հատվածում կամ ուսերի արանքում
Հաճախ այդպիսի ցավը արթրիտի գոյության մասին է խոսում: Հնարավոր այլ պատճառներ կարող են լինել ինֆարկտը կամ որովայնի խոռոչի խնդիրները:

Սա կարող է լինել ապենդիցիտի ահազանգ, ստամոքսի խոցի, լեղապարկի հիվանդությունների նշան: Ցանկացած դեպքում այդ ցավը չի կարելի անտեսել:

Ամենավտանգավոր հիվանդություններից մեկը՝ խորը երակների թրոմբոզը, ուղեկցվում է հենց այս ցավով: Այս հիվանդության գործոններից են՝ ուռուցքաբանական հիվանդությունները, ճարպակալումը, հղիությունը, ծերությունը: Եթե դուք տառապում եք ոտքերի այտուցներից ու ցավերից, ապա անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ դիմել բժշկին:
«Այրող» ցավ ոտքերում
Շաքարային դիաբետով տառաբող մարդկանց մեկ քառորդ մասը չի իմանում իր հիվանդության մասին: Իսկ ոտքերում առկա «այրող» ցավը կարող է լինել դիաբետի առկայության նշան: Եթե ձեզ նմանատիպ ցավ է անհանգստացնում, ապա այցելե՛ք բժշկին և ստուգե՛ք արյան մեջ շաքարի պարունակությունը:
Անորոշ ու անբացատրելի ցավ
Օրգանիզմի տարբեր հատվածներում ցավերը (գլխում, ձեռքերում, մեջքում, ոտքերում և այլն), ինչպես նաև այդ ցավերը բնորոշելու անկարողությունը կարող են լինել դեպրեսիայի գոյության պատճառ: Ոչ մի դեպքում չպետք է մտածել, որ այս հիվանդությունը կանցնի ինքն իրեն, այն կարող է դառնալ մի շարք ավելի լուրջ խնդիրների պատճառ: Այստեղ նույնպես հարկավոր է բժշկի հսկողություն:
