Ինչպես է ծախսվելու հակակոռուպցիոն ծրագրին ուղղված 750 հազար դոլարը.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«ԱՄՆ զարգացման գործակալությանը, ինչպես հայտնի է, մոտ 750 հազար դոլար է տրամադրել ՀՀ կառավարությանը հակակոռուպցիոն ծրագրի իրականացմանը օժանդակելու նպատակով, որը պետք է ծախսվի առաջիկա մեկ տարվա ընթացքում։
ՀՀ կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում կհաստատվի այդ գումարների ծախսման նախահաշիվը։ Ըստ այդմ նշված մեկ տարվա ընթացքում այդ 750 հազար դոլարից, կամ ավելի քան 300 միլիոն դրամից 81.3 միլիոն դրամը ուղղվելու է աշխատողների աշխատավարձի վճարմանը, 173 միլիոն դրամով ձեռք են բերվելու «մասնագիտական ծառայություններ», մոտ 3 միլիոն դրամ ուղղվելու է «վարչական սարքավորումների» ձեռքբերմանը և այլն։ Ծախսերի մեջ ուրույն տեղ ունեն շրջագայություններն ու ներկայացուցչական ծախսերը։ Այսպես, արտասահմանյան գործուղումների և շրջագայությունների համար նախատեսված է ընդհանուր առմամբ 156 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ ներկայացուցչական ծախսերի համար՝ 10.6 միլիոն դրամ։ Ներկայացված նախահաշվեց ակնհայտ է որ կառավարությանը առաջիկա մեկ տարում հերթական անգամ արմատախիլ է անելու կոռուպցիան հատկապես արտասահմանյան շրջագայությունների շնորհիվ»,–գրում է թերթը։
